  • I'm lost. What was "plastic" about what I said, let alone bigoted? I merely expressed well-wishes to someone in Gaelic. This qualifies as bigotry to you? by outragedpenguin (Sat 31st Aug 2019 11:50pm)
  • That's relevant because...? \*spoiler alert\* it isn't. by outragedpenguin (Sun 1st Sep 2019 12:00am)
  • I believe you have an agenda of smearing people's good name with baseless, inflammatory comments, and that the only one who is bigoted here is you. A person speaks Gaelic, they must be promoting an agenda? Out o of all the people who replied and posted, who have interacted with the topic, you were the sole mastermind to uncover the truth? I don't like being called out when it is wrong and unfounded. You read something sinister that was never there. You also assume that I am not native to Scotland. Perhaps I am, perhaps I am not. Bigoted: " obstinately or u**nreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction**, and intolerant towards other people's beliefs and practices. " Where have I been unreasonably attached about a belief or a faction, and where I have expressed intolerance about a person's beliefs, or a group of people's beliefs or practices? Indeed, where have I expressed dissatisfaction for a group of people's beliefs or practices here? by outragedpenguin (Sun 1st Sep 2019 12:15am)

  • I dont wear a face mask. Why? Because I hate people, want to spread the disease as far and as wide as I can? Because I don't have a soul and slavishly seek to infect people with the reckless abandon and ruthless cunning of Angelus? No. Because I am disabled, and wearing one would exacerbate it. Not all disabilities are visible, or immediately apparent. I was in a hotel, receptionist demanded I put one on. "Im disabled". Demanded to see my exemption card. Shall I wear a little yellow star on my lapel as well? Are there people out there who just dont care and recklessly put others at risk? yes. Are there people who manipulate the process, and or benefit from it to the detriment of others? Absolutely. Are there people who are selfishly putting others at risk. Totally. I am not trying to fight with anyone, simply highlighting that being shouted at and abused in shops, public places for not wearing a mask as if I am some walking bio terrorist.....is not ok. It is counter-productive, erodes the dignity of people like myself. I for my part, self-isolate as much as possible. I try to minimise my exposure where possible. If I ever tested positive, I would entirely self-isolate/quarantine myself, until such times I knew I was absolutely, positively infection free, and did not pose a risk to others. The hysteria with some people is at such a peak that, I am firmly of the belief I could run a city wide protection racket simply by "pay up, or I cough." Beleaguered business owner hastily stuffs envelope and slide under perseplex glass. Doctors of all description, NHS and GPs are stretched to their absolute limit, and god only knows the stress and pressure they are under. That same sentiment I extend to all frontline staff. Some people dont wear a mask, because they are selfish, entitled and uncaring of others. They are cunts. Then there are people like myself, who have a valid reason. Please, don't forget to distinguish us. by outragedpenguin (Sun 27th Sep 2020 8:29pm)
  • She may want to be gently reminded that she herself might be reported to COPFS, and Police Scotland for a criminal offence. Recieving human remains? I'd have to say to that is fairly likely to cause fear, alarm and distress, not to mention unlawful exhumation of human remains. by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 8:59am)
  • Someone walks into a shop, pulls out a gun and demands cash. Turns out it was a toy gun, and they were "just joking". [https://www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/5a8ff8d660d03e7f57ece134](https://www.casemine.com/judgement/uk/5a8ff8d660d03e7f57ece134) ....they got jailed for a shite joke. And thats law! by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 12:24pm)
  • Ignorance of the law is no excuse/defence. *"Where a criminal act has been committed, it is quite immaterial as to the motives of the perpetrator."* *If a person should deliberately perform an act that which of itself would be criminal then both the actus reus and mens rea coexist and a crime has been committed."* by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 12:35pm)

  • Police do not prosecute. That is the sole remit of the Crown Office Procurator Fiscal Service, the judiciary, and Crown Agents who are operating under the banner of authority of the Queen. by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 6:12pm)
  • Do you know the definition of delusion? Fixed belief, despite evidence to the contrary. I am arguing fact, law, the position, things I know intimately and deal with a near daily basis. Your aggressive, belligerent and insulting tone along with your lability of mood and overly hostile tone would suggest, strongly in fact, that if anyone, anyone is in need of getting their head checked, it is you.You are arguing what you think things should be, despite clear evidence to the contrary. You then become abusive and insulting when challenged. Fact. by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 6:40pm)
  • Its a bit awkwardly positioned/situated. Its a quiet, residential area, wherre you will have absolutely no bother. Its just a bit out of reach of the various amenities, shops, etc. Dont let reverse snobbery deter you. The flats are gorgeous, the locale is lovely. by outragedpenguin (Mon 12th Oct 2020 7:27pm)
