  • H&P are shocking in my experience. Factoring is a hard job but they aren’t proactive which means they don’t get things done. They tick boxes by sending letters that lead to no action. If I see a property has them as factors I won’t even consider buying. I did manage to switch from them once and when we were seeking to switch was the only time they became more responsive. A good step would be to get support of the other owners to switch to a factor that’s more responsive by scotlandblueskies (Thu 20th Jul 2023 9:48pm)
