I moved through to Edinburgh 3 years ago and find it much more expensive. My local supermarkets were all express so more expensive food. Trying to get a delivery because you have 2 flat numbers and is confusing as hell was a pain in the arse. Royal Mail did fuck all to fix it when ours just disappeared. We’ve just bought a 2 bed main door in Edinburgh and I could’ve bought a house for the price in Glasgow in a decent area. Avoid student areas in city centre and you’d be alright. Lots of great bus connections in Edinburgh is a bonus for travelling for work. I still miss Glasgow though.
