  • Homesbook factors Hi everyone. Does anyone here have Homesbook as their Factor? They are based in Kirkintilloch. They have been a total nightmare, they ignore calls, make promises that they don't deliver on, we have had floods in the building going back at least 6 months and they haven't actioned the repairs. I used to think they were incompetent but I think they might be a total fraud. They have lots of suspicious "positive reviews" on Google. If anyone posts anything negative, they reply that the person writing the review is not actually a customer. Long story short, we are going to follow their complaints procedure and take it to the regulatory body if that doesn't help. by simpsea (Fri 23rd Jun 2023 11:23am)
