  • "Hey boss, I'm running late today, my trains on fire" by skelebaby93 (Tue 18th Jun 2019 5:04pm)
  • Wouldn't mind going to the reddit meetup, don't suppose anyone would be up for meeting at central beforehand so I'm not walking in myself? Slight nerves about walking in alone haha but I'm easy to spot if no one can, sporting bright red hair at the moment so. by skelebaby93 (Tue 18th Jun 2019 8:44pm)
  • Cheers! Will do! by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 2:47pm)
  • Nursery at the bottom of my street was set on fire today too but saw police searching a few kids outside it so guessing not the same person. Nursery is shut down by the way so no kids or staff inside. by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 5:32pm)
  • We usually go to bucks bar on a Thursday then make our way over to slouch for the rest of the day, think theres live music on in both. If it's a nice day definitely take a stoat up to the botanics for a wander around as well, so many dogs and it's a beautiful place too, theres always cineworld as well. by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 6:52pm)
  • Think they just started doing these insanely hot wings now you need to sign a waiver for I'm sure I saw on fb and if you eat everything in a set amount of time you win something, I'd need to check fb again but if it's not enough for you try the hottest sauce they keep behind the bar but do it AFTER your meal because I was literally in the toilet, ready for throwing up and nearly passed out on the floor, the rest of our plans for that night were thrown out the window because the 3 of us who tried it were all suffering. by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 7:29pm)
  • It's better off to call up and book yeah, it's rare you can just walk in probably made even harder because Shania Twain and Kevin Hart have both got food there now so that's probably boosted the popularity. by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 7:40pm)
  • The Nashville chicken has a nice kick to it then but if you plan on going I'd phone and book now just to be safe as the other commenter pointed out getting a table can be difficult by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 7:47pm)
  • Whatever happened to ladybug guy? Last I spoke to him he told me he was transitioning and going by Heather now but never saw him or rather her since then. That was about 2 years ago almost I think? Theres the boombox guy as well, love that guy when you're on a night out and hes just there turning the street into a rave, I mind he was outside McDonalds at 4 corners one night, got a video of a guy having a great time of it dancing away. by skelebaby93 (Wed 19th Jun 2019 8:57pm)
  • Yeah sure! You want to meet under the clock at half 6ish? Like I said, I'm hard to miss, hair is bright red hahaha. by skelebaby93 (Thu 20th Jun 2019 9:53pm)
  • Usually get them in most wee corner shops, I know the news24 across from catty does them or they were last weekend anyway by skelebaby93 (Sat 22nd Jun 2019 1:25pm)
  • Paisley closed down yesterday, Silverburn store is gone now too but that closure was due to Vodafone being snakes pretty much but good luck to voda, since they did the toilets up theres been a mass amount of flies in that back shop and the centre refuse to do anything about them despite complaints from several stores about them. Game is still very much alive though apparently and wont be going anywhere for a while despite how it looks with all the recent closures, you'd be surprised the number of people that still come in due to no internet/prefer disc/collectors etc. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 12:52pm)
  • I think they were down to rent I'm not entirely sure but it wouldnt surprise me if cex had something to do with it, rarely saw anyone in when I went by as well but they could potentially come back, game does this thing where they'll close a store down then a few months later reopen it better than ever, they did it down south and ended up bringing in a hell of a lot more customers after reopening. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 1:00pm)
  • Thank you, means a lot haha we always tried our best there, still holding out hope we reopen in future, security have been getting some amount of stick since we closed down from customers unhappy about the trip to braehead now plus they're gonna feel it come Christmas. I dont know if this is just rumours but Tesco are apparently stopping selling games so literally only argos in that centre is gonna sell them. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 3:35pm)
  • Well keep your eyes peeled cause I really cant see us being closed too long with all the complaints that still come in about it, I reckon we'll get put in menkinds old unit once Vodafone moves out of it but no ones telling us bugger all just now so cant say for sure, it's what a few people are thinking though so heres hoping. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 3:53pm)
  • Was lovely to meet everyone! Cant wait for the next one now either! Hopefully see everyone again and new people too by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 4:51pm)
  • Silverburn didnt want voda in the food court anymore, games lease was up and were paying a reduced rent too so voda said they'd take the unit and pay full rent for it and by time game agreed to pay full rent again voda had already signed the lease but goid luck to voda, back shop is hoachin with flies since they put they million quid toilets in and the centre have ignored all ships complaining about them so far. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Jun 2019 11:00pm)
  • We got told multiple things, at 1st it sounded like Vodafone were the cunts, then it sounded like silverburn were the cunts then it was our head office that were the cunts so just going by what I've been told, either way if Vodafone hadn't said they wanted the unit then GAME would probably still be there. I still think they're better off just opening us back up in that unit then keeping voda in menkinds unit cause they were already pretty dead as is nevermind being right beside EE and across from 3. All stock did get shifted to braehead along with 2 staff while another 2 went to Motherwell and the fort, everyone else had to take redundancy. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 12:35am)
  • I know, it seems pure daft moving only to move again, putting effort in to making a shop look good only to tear it all apart about 2 months later. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 12:56am)
  • I know, so many places shut down in the centre recently as well but the units lie empty for ages, I know chopstix and a pancake place are opening up and that furniture place that used to be hmv is going to waterstones by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 1:11am)
  • Can find 2 of us at braehead now, 1 in the fort and 1 in Motherwell, hopefully back in silverburn again before too long as well, I always get really happy seeing some of the customers from silverburn walk in to braehead now, you dont realise just how much you actually miss the customers until you're gone. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 1:17am)
  • I know! Think one of security was telling me it was gonna go to KFC but they pulled out for some reason or something like that, cant remember now but I'm happy it's not because those wains at McDonalds are bad enough without them cause chaos inside the centre too. Jeezo really? I've never been in to know but that's just reminding me of that lime blue that used to be in the centre when it 1st opened, dont think I saw a single customer in there and rightly so when their cheapest item was a ring about £1600. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 1:23am)
  • That's true although I'm more inclined to believe some of them now since it was the bin staff who were telling everyone we were closing down back in December and we thought bullshit but here we are. Aye true but it's more outside than inside usually with McDonalds getting the worst of it, was down last week and the wee cunt with the braces and his pal jumped in the burn, some of the wee arseholes got lifted at the bottom of my road a couple days ago as well, think they'd set the nursery on fire going by the fire engines and sure enough the same ones I saw getting searched were down the centre that same night. I know, I miss the pollok centre, I want the market back at least hahaha i still swear it's only named silverburn for the trolleys in the burn. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 1:36am)
  • Oh fuck, I might know you! I'm shit with names but going by your username its ringing a bell hahaha. I loved going to the market, go in after school and get a sandwich from the wee sandwich bar at the start of it when it moved from the back of the pollok centre, wimpy as well when it was at the back. I actually keep forgetting that's its name, it's always just been the burn hahaha by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 1:53am)
  • Ah probably, thought you meant like the delivery yard hahaha used to go out there sometimes for a smoke and always spoke to the guys out there usually, there probably isnt anyone else with your name that does that job in the centre too so goes to show how shite I am with names hahaha. Oh my God you know that was my dads fault, he used to love catching out the ones faking disability by making them crawl under the shutters then opening the other one then calling for the dwp person or something over the tannoy to see who suddenly starts limping hahaha Tommy in security can tell you about it as well hahaha. by skelebaby93 (Mon 24th Jun 2019 2:25am)
  • Friday is payday so I might take you up on that! by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 1:54pm)
  • If I dont laugh I'll cry at the accuracy of that. by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 2:23pm)
  • No worries, I'm pretty skint too but can afford a few, roll on Friday so I can feel rich for 5 minutes until the bills smack me in the face. by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 2:20pm)
  • I'm the one with the red hair from Saturday haha I'm still in solid so if you appear I'll hopefully recognize you haha. by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 2:39pm)
  • Yass! See you soon by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 2:45pm)
  • No worries at all, hopefully catch you another time, enjoy your day! Dont pull a me and go over the handle bars hahaha by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 4:34pm)
  • Of course Haha never met anyone with natural pillar box red hair before so by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 4:33pm)

  • Moved around to crystal palace now, sat beside the door. by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 7:13pm)

  • Join us next time, I'll post up again next time I'm in town looking for drinking buddies. by skelebaby93 (Tue 25th Jun 2019 10:58pm)
  • Happy cake day! by skelebaby93 (Wed 26th Jun 2019 12:33pm)
  • Note to self, dont wish people a happy cake day on reddit. Also confused now because the cake has vanished and the days not over yet. Either way I hope they had a good day though. by skelebaby93 (Wed 26th Jun 2019 10:06pm)
  • Cheers man, you too! by skelebaby93 (Wed 26th Jun 2019 10:23pm)
  • I'll not be able to make it to dram now, a very rare thing has happened and we have a full house for our D&D group, might get along after depending if anyones still there when it finishes though, usually finish by 9 by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 12:16am)
  • Awesome hopefully see you later in the night and I'll try but we left off with 2 hill giants closing in on me and one other member of the group who needs revived so its gonna be a messy one hahaha by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 1:14pm)
  • Apparently hes probably gonna get grounded by his maw but we've to have a good day. by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 4:14pm)
  • Aye pointed at my mate that doesnt have any on show by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 4:46pm)
  • Aye true that, we were on about that when he appeared actually by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 5:53pm)
  • We saw him as we were leaving, covered in mud and being carried by his 2 mates, we told him have a great day and he slurred it back to us. He has had a great day. by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 6:24pm)
  • I just missed it in the video because I used snapchat but after it ended he shouted about how he'll probably get grounded aff his ma and I think its safe to say in that state hes getting grounded hahaha by skelebaby93 (Thu 27th Jun 2019 6:27pm)
  • I seen a lassie get knocked back from going into that McDonalds one night because she looked too young and didnt have ID to prove how old she was, was howlin, imagine getting ID'd because you want a big mac at 3am. She got her pal to jump in for her which made it even better. by skelebaby93 (Thu 4th Jul 2019 2:15am)
  • Think it was to put off the underagers who get out their face on everything outside it, I cant remember now by skelebaby93 (Thu 4th Jul 2019 11:33am)
  • My pal walked in front of them because he was running late for work and got some amount of abuse hurled his way and one guy telling him hes not supposed to walk in front of them. by skelebaby93 (Sat 6th Jul 2019 9:40pm)
  • I've not been at that part of town in ages but is that a wullie with a cone on his head? That's brilliant! by skelebaby93 (Mon 8th Jul 2019 1:45pm)
  • Aye, I've seen loads of them so far, just love that there's one with a cone on his head at the Duke of Wellington statue, my pals collecting them and I'm gonna have to tell him to get that one now by skelebaby93 (Mon 8th Jul 2019 2:19pm)
  • You hear her saying she has somewhere to be at the end of the video, if someones in a rush to get somewhere they cant be expected to wait for thousands of people to pass and end up late for work or missing their train/bus/whatever method of transport they're trying to catch by skelebaby93 (Tue 9th Jul 2019 11:58pm)
  • Drink it, do it. by skelebaby93 (Thu 11th Jul 2019 11:27pm)
  • After the last time I was in KG all I hear from them is "HAVE GOOD DAY!" by skelebaby93 (Sat 13th Jul 2019 12:03am)
  • Saw a few on the bus home from work and my age started showing cause all I could think was put some fucking clothes on by skelebaby93 (Sat 13th Jul 2019 12:06am)
  • Exactly! Plus can sit outside in the sun and use the app to get drink brought out to you faster by skelebaby93 (Mon 15th Jul 2019 12:56pm)
  • Lots of new builds going up around the southside, could probably find somewhere around pollokshaws/shawlands that's nice. I'd probably look at places in that area but a bit away from the kilmarnock road, maybe near lidl or the library if anything is going there if you want something a bit quieter plus you'll be near to the shops/pubs/restaurants in shawlands, morrisons and lidl are right there and silverburn isnt too far away either for the cinema, Tesco, restaurants and that too, plenty of buses and a train line to town as well. by skelebaby93 (Mon 15th Jul 2019 8:04pm)
  • No worries, any time I've jumped the number 3 to town I've always thought some of the flats in that area look really nice and I've seen a couple with sale/let signs in the windows, I know its somewhere I'd love to live if I had the money for it by skelebaby93 (Mon 15th Jul 2019 8:33pm)
  • KFC they only have the one toilet open after a certain time and you need to ask to use it, usually they make you buy food if you use it as well so keep a hungry pal handy to queue up while you go. by skelebaby93 (Mon 12th Aug 2019 6:58pm)
  • My pal said it was like walking in custard by skelebaby93 (Sun 18th Aug 2019 1:59pm)
  • Under the bridge at central is absolutely hum dinging the now, there also a really bad eggy smell across the road from st enochs like someones just dropped one during a tenants hangover. Walk to work is so unpleasant in town because of the smell. by skelebaby93 (Tue 27th Aug 2019 10:58pm)
  • It's actually drifted into st enochs as well, work is not pleasant today by skelebaby93 (Wed 28th Aug 2019 1:21pm)
  • Served Boaby the barman a bottle of vodka when I worked for Tesco, missed my opportunity to make a joke about it. Also served Tam twice too, once when I worked for the cinema and another time when he was buying his son microsoft points, again I missed the opportunity for a joke. by skelebaby93 (Mon 9th Sep 2019 8:34pm)
  • I didnt see it but saw the girl on the ground after, absolute scumbags. Also I apologise if you were one of the many people who we abandoned my very very very drunk mate with throughout the night til he got chucked out. by skelebaby93 (Mon 9th Sep 2019 8:30pm)
  • Like I said I didnt see it happen, was out in the smokers then walked upstairs and she was on the floor surrounded by people. Pal was the short blonde guy covered in tattoos just having a great time falling all over the place, trying to buy everyone drink despite being cut off at the bar and trying to give everyone a hug and spilling his water everywhere. by skelebaby93 (Mon 9th Sep 2019 9:57pm)
  • Glad they got him, when we phoned them he'd been reported already on the Kingston bridge they said by skelebaby93 (Sun 15th Sep 2019 12:01pm)
  • I think you can actually take them for this, I know it was a massive fear of my old team leaders anyway when I worked for tesco and the security guard tackled a guy to the ground, he shat it thinking if he hadn't stole anything it was game over for the staff but luckily he actually had and got barred. Anyway I would definitely look into this more rather than just a standard complaint by skelebaby93 (Sun 29th Sep 2019 4:58pm)
  • What's that like? Like kind of food? by skelebaby93 (Thu 3rd Oct 2019 8:28pm)
  • Thank you! by skelebaby93 (Thu 3rd Oct 2019 8:56pm)
  • I did a bit of work experience with them, staff are lovely and some of the cameras are beautiful. I'm glad to see they're still going, hoping one day to ho in and pick up one in particular I'd fallen in love with if it's still there by skelebaby93 (Mon 16th Dec 2019 9:33pm)
  • I have a few trans friends now and watching their journeys all I can say is just be yourself, no one is going to judge you, glasgow is a lot more accepting than people realise. Yes you might get the odd dickhead here or there but mostly people wont react. Be yourself and do what makes you feel comfortable and if anyone tries to give you shit for it then you've a perfectly good finger for shoving in their face. by skelebaby93 (Mon 13th Jan 2020 2:06pm)
  • I know if you work in a shopping centre and they're set up inside they're supposed to leave you alone if you're staff, same goes for anyone trying to punt leccy or that but Scottish Power clearly havent got that memo. by skelebaby93 (Wed 15th Jan 2020 10:41pm)
  • Have to take the 10 home from work and on several occasions it's a no show, yesterday it was 15 minutes early and I made it to the stop as it was pulling away, had to run to catch the 3 from down the road, bus service is a joke. About a month ago the screen wasnt working and the driver was literally screaming what number he was at passengers a few times and then took off like he was in the grand prix despite being early, leaving behind anyone who wasnt lucky enough to be there in time for his shouting. £50 odd a month for a ticket for an absolute joke of a service and the ticket doesnt even last the full month. by skelebaby93 (Wed 12th Feb 2020 7:38pm)
  • Can barely see what it was before, that's horrible. Something really wrong with these cunts that think this is ok. by skelebaby93 (Fri 14th Feb 2020 12:51pm)
  • Nitshill Road, should see the state of the car park for the old William Hill there and in the grounds by the train station. If you visit there though be really careful because there are a lot of needles and broken glass. by skelebaby93 (Fri 21st Feb 2020 1:13pm)
  • What the fuck is wrong with people? I get that there are graffiti artists out there but to destroy others work with your shite bubble writing is just scummy. Bet the wee shites responsible for it end up heroin junkies eventually if not already. by skelebaby93 (Sun 23rd Feb 2020 12:49pm)
  • At least they finally fixed the roads up at the craigbank shops at last, they were bloody horrendous, only took them, well, over the 20 year mark at least I cant ever remember that road not having potholes. by skelebaby93 (Sun 8th Mar 2020 11:02pm)
  • Was just about to upload a photo of the loo roll aisle, didnt see a single pack. Went to get some iron tablets and the juul liquids were completely gone too when I passed them. by skelebaby93 (Tue 10th Mar 2020 8:33pm)
  • You remember the bus numbers they were on? I'm in work til after 7 but get my bus from union street so can try snap one later on for you unless someone else gets a picture first by skelebaby93 (Wed 11th Mar 2020 12:52pm)
  • My student accommodation was 350 a month and I was surviving on super noodles for the last half of the month even with a job at the same time. 580-700 seems insane to expect a student to pay! by skelebaby93 (Thu 2nd Apr 2020 11:43am)
  • Still a few in stock on games website, just watch for private sellers hiking the prices up, new 500gb slim with fifa going for £250 by skelebaby93 (Thu 2nd Apr 2020 6:12pm)
  • On games website, didnt check the 1tb ones to see stock of them but yesterday there was definitely 500gb fifa machines sold and fulfilled by game themselves by skelebaby93 (Fri 3rd Apr 2020 11:52am)
  • A couple of my pals are in the same boat, some loophole in the scheme allowing them to get away with it, it's disgusting. by skelebaby93 (Sat 4th Apr 2020 2:12am)
  • I said this too, was showing some pals from down south pictures of the their burgers and just made myself really sad because I cant have anything off their menu for a while yet. by skelebaby93 (Wed 8th Apr 2020 1:34pm)
  • Solid Rock, pals all drink there and I cant wait to go in and see them all again plus the bar staff are all amazing too. by skelebaby93 (Wed 8th Apr 2020 1:38pm)
  • It's our go to for predrinks before catty haha only around the corner and theres the pool table downstairs and they always have the horror channel on too which always provides a so shite it's good movie. by skelebaby93 (Wed 8th Apr 2020 1:46pm)
  • Bloc+ posted up a fb status saying they have contacted them and are deeply sorry to all who were in the call. I hope they manage to trace the bastards and they get locked up for it, anyone who can harm a child like that or get enjoyment out of watching it should be castrated. by skelebaby93 (Mon 20th Apr 2020 2:53am)
  • Like I said I wasnt in it myself and only passing on what I had heard, never asked too much into it so didnt know if it was the bloc+ zoom account itself or someone joining but being told the word hacked I thought it was the actual account by skelebaby93 (Mon 20th Apr 2020 2:51am)
  • So it's not actual hackers getting peoples accounts then and just that? The way I got told about it it was as if their account was hacked, that's a bit of a relief then but still rotten that people are doing that. by skelebaby93 (Mon 20th Apr 2020 3:40am)
