  • Thanks! That's a good idea, I'll do both of these :) by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 12:46pm)
  • I do love Rouken Glen! I walked from Queen's Park a few weeks ago and it took 30-45 mins so maybe I'll head over again. I love the wild garlic, it's absolutely delicious :) by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 3:29pm)
  • Yeah I've avoided anything in any parks as I don't feel right taking them. And also feeling guilty for depriving any bees! by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 3:28pm)
  • That sounds lovely! Now that you mention it there's a big patch of unused land round the back of my flat which has been overtaken by lots of trees and plants. I'll maybe start there and make my way further afield. by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 3:32pm)
  • I'm actually so terrible at keeping things alive. I think I'm cursed so I figure it's best to stick to dried flowers as they are already dead so surely I can't go too wrong there. by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 3:30pm)
  • We've been foraging wild garlic from Linn Park and Pollok Park during lockdown. It's incredible stuff! by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 3:44pm)
  • They are gorgeous! It's not actually for pressing, I have a few little vases that need filled around the flat. They would be perfect :) thanks! by stellatundra (Fri 26th Jun 2020 6:39pm)
  • I feel you, I'm due last week of December & really scared about being on my own for any of labour/birth. It's my first baby and I've been feeling totally forgotten about especially with no in-person antenatal classes. Fingers crossed things improve. Hope you're keeping well :) by stellatundra (Sat 31st Oct 2020 4:39pm)
  • Thank you!! First baby in the family too so hoping we can see family at Xmas/Hogmanay or the new grandparents will be gutted! by stellatundra (Sat 31st Oct 2020 4:52pm)
  • The Indian on Skirving Street is great. Small plates but good portion sizes. Also recommend Chaakoo Bombay Cafe on St Vincent Street. Best fish pakoras I've had for ages. by stellatundra (Sat 26th Aug 2023 2:25pm)
  • I find this so frustrating. I'd love to use the train more but I have a toddler who still uses the buggy, but because there's no lift/ramp down towards the station near where I live I have to use the bus. Because of how expensive the bus is we tend to walk into town (40 min walk) and get the bus back but it would be nice to be able to get the train there and back every now and again! by stellatundra (Mon 23rd Oct 2023 10:49am)
  • Mount Florida is actually closer to us than Crossmyloof and it has a lift so sometimes we do that. Still annoying when there's an inaccessible station on your doorstep though! The walk into town is also handy for getting steps in too ha. by stellatundra (Mon 23rd Oct 2023 11:05am)
  • Any recommendations for a nice dinner in the city centre next Saturday? Was originally going with Ardnamurchan but no tables at the time we need. Looking for some nice Scottish cuisine. Kind of fed up with Italian & Indian! by stellatundra (Sun 19th Nov 2023 9:34am)
  • Thanks, I'll look that up! by stellatundra (Sun 19th Nov 2023 2:35pm)
