  • Aye my rubbish being collected no bother. I tried calling that 1-800 number about "Garbage" collection but the lady had difficulty with my accent. by Atraction (Sun 24th Jan 2021 5:16pm)
  • You could cover my community service or rather unpaid work. If it would give you a sense of giving back to the community I'd happily stand aside and let you bathe in the community effort. by Atraction (Fri 8th Jul 2022 2:45pm)
  • Cmon you can manage this yourself. I'll help you get stated. Give it a good disapproving look, shake your head and say "I see your practicality and your longevity. But in the end you'll never be an Axminster." by Atraction (Mon 12th Jun 2023 10:02pm)
  • I'm lucky that in my current place were self factored. Out money goes in a pot and is spent on the building not an invoice for invoicing! I was briefly with Hacking and Patterson in another flat I was in. I was able to get them to answer the phone/emails. But if memory serves me it was £50 a month. You can kick the factor out if you get a majority vote, there are a number of other factors to look at. Self factored really is the best. But we all own out flats and we have someone who is willing and has the time to organise the maintenance. by Atraction (Tue 3rd Oct 2023 1:55pm)
