  • Wear a mask if you want, it is totally your choice and if people are rude about it they are just ignorant. by Blablabla242757 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 1:30pm)
  • Why do antivaxxers keep using buzz words like "critical thinking" and "sheeple"? What makes you think others don't use critical thinking? The fact that you just linked articles you didn't even read tells me everything I need to know. by Blablabla242757 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 1:36pm)
  • That's a big assumption. by Blablabla242757 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 9:58pm)
  • I totally agree with you. I often end up drinking way too much so that I can enjoy being in a bar, otherwise I hate it. I naturally have a quiet voice, so shouting over music is nearly impossible and so much effort. by Blablabla242757 (Mon 4th Jul 2022 3:43pm)
  • Thanks :) by Blablabla242757 (Mon 4th Jul 2022 3:50pm)

  • Oh that's good advice, thank you! I wish orange walks would just be banned, they are so disruptive. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 9:06am)
  • Oh ffs. I would be raging. Can you put in a noise complaint with the council? by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 11:01am)

  • I lived on Cathcart Rd (near Crosshill station) for 2 months and it didn't seem too bad. Is that a better part of Govanhill? by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:22pm)
  • Yeah I'm kind of sad that paperchase on Buchanan St closed. The notebooks and stuff is way overpriced, but I liked the art section and the cafe. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:28pm)
  • I personally love shopping for books in bookstores. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:27pm)

  • I heard that too. Not sure why lush needs such a big space?! by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:30pm)
  • I wish there were more late night cafes tbh. I like to go somewhere to study occasionally, and tinderbox used to be open until 11pm or later, but now shuts at 8pm. There used to be more icafes and they also stayed open later. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:37pm)
  • I've heard that a few are used as brothels or drug dens and there are people shooting up in the stairwells. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:35pm)
  • Not sure, but thank you for helping the guy! by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:39pm)
  • Like the other poster said, this information will be kept confidential by HR. Even if in some rare case it wasn't, you shouldn't feel ashamed or embarrassed. 90% of people I know suffer from some kind of mental health problems, and it is no longer the stigma that it once was. Also if you can get help through your workplace, it will save you a lot of money. NHS waiting lists are extremely long and private therapy is expensive. However if this is not an option, it is still worth it to spend money on things that will improve your mental health, even if it means having to cut back spending on other things. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:52pm)
  • I second this. I used Better Help and my therapist wasn't American but he seemed pretty immature for a therapist, and lacking in understanding. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 12:56pm)
  • Can I ask how it was coming off paroxetine? I have been on the highest dose for around 12 years and have heard horror stories of withdrawal symptoms. However I really want to come off it as I'm not sure how much it is helping anymore, and I hate being reliant on it. I also want to travel but I'm terrified of going abroad and losing my medication, as even one day without it causes awful withdrawal symptoms. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 1:00pm)
  • Ah right, I see! by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 1:18pm)
  • I have to say that while CBT can be really helpful for some people, it is not enough for others (like myself) on its own, so of course try it, but if it doesn't help don't feel disheartened. There are other options too. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 1:14pm)
  • Fair enough. Seems to be a bit hit and miss though from what I've heard. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 1:22pm)
  • That must be so annoying 😣 by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 3:31pm)
  • I got threatened once for crossing the road through a march, but I'm not going to walk around them and be late to where I'm going cause of a fucking orange walk. by Blablabla242757 (Sat 9th Jul 2022 3:34pm)
