  • This is correct. It runs to and from the GPO which used to be BT's Glasgow site back when they were part of the Post Office. It runs to Dial House which is still a BT site and is located behind and underneath the Hilton Hotel. Source: My dad has been a BT engineer since the 70s by CodKazuo9 (Tue 8th Jan 2019 9:37pm)

  • Thank you for posting. Someone else commented on the night directing me to the FB post on Lost Dogs Glasgow and I was able to contact the people who helped. by CodKazuo9 (Sun 4th Aug 2019 9:56pm)
  • I sorted out car insurance for Bobo Balde about 14 years ago. He had been running about in a brand new BMW without insurance, been stopped by the police and told to get it sorted. So he drove over to the Direct Line Insurance call centre on Cadogan Street and asked to buy some insurance. I was taken off the phones and sent down to sort him out. I explained how it all worked and got him insured. He thanked me, then called his agent to shout at him for lying about the car being "pre-insured" by CodKazuo9 (Sun 8th Sep 2019 1:37pm)
  • Not sure if they offer hire, but Mobility Solutions are really good and do just about everything: https://www.mobilitysolutions.co.uk/mobility-shops/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA2b7uBRDsARIsAEE9XpFM3FIsdq46sX8Qi_QqNze1_tmAD7nNxLTVplq595-FV7Vzg8dQYyYaApb8EALw_wcB by CodKazuo9 (Sat 16th Nov 2019 11:59am)

  • I've tweeted this out to all the Glasgow MSPs, hope your friend gets the support and help she clearly needs. by CodKazuo9 (Wed 4th Nov 2020 11:12am)
  • It sounds like you're in what was historically Auchinairn. It was Glasgow until the rezoning a while back. It's called Bishy, but it's nothing like actual Bishy. It's got plenty of bams and the lockdowns won't have made them any less bammier. I used to live right off Auchinairn Road at Northgate Road, you're 5 minutes walk from Bishy, but miles away in terms of everything else. Sorry you're putting up with that, it's not great under any circumstances, but all the worse with everything else just now. Hope you're able to get moved to somewhere quieter and meet some better neighbours. by CodKazuo9 (Tue 18th May 2021 11:42am)
