It depends what you're in to. I'm not a fan of the the West End, find it too pretentious but other commenter is correct less likelihood of trouble. My mum is one of the people who've benefited from the Connect Scotland funding. She was given a brand new iPad to keep to help her stay in touch with other people. She is struggling with it because she doesn't know the first thing about the internet but she's already made 5 facetime calls and her spirits are up already. It's been a great thing for her. It's a bit rubbish for guys. I noticed this last week when we went shopping for my partner. New Look used to have a men's section but it's only online now.
