There was no havoc in the vid but there was two broken down cars blocking the road causing tons of traffic and buses aren’t entering summerston for safety and tons of John Paul academy students at the area trying to pass to get to school they are all late by one hour and ten minutes by now so there’s havoc there but not in the video by RevolutionaryWorld32 (Thu 28th Oct 2021 9:52am)

In the video no this is just showing part of the floods the actual havoc was with the fact that people trying to cross the rail tracks above a flooded road just so they won’t get wet rail tracks with trains still operating on them at that time and also a car caught fire by RevolutionaryWorld32 (Thu 28th Oct 2021 11:20pm)
