  • This is pretty much what I a doing as well. It worked for me before and I dropped from 108kg down to 75kg. Over the years I have put a bit back on but currently using the same technique to get rid of it. I work on about 1200 calories a day doing IF at the same time intervals of 12-8. I don't mind eating the same meal day in day out and if you can handle that it will make your life easier. I got myself a slow cooker and cook 2 bags of frozen chicken up to do me the week on a Sunday. It's easy and lazy and means even if you just pair it with some microwave rice and some hot sauce there is always an easy, low calorie meal there. by SegaMegaPi (Tue 28th Jan 2020 8:54am)

  • > Www.ridebrewing.co.uk/shop There are also a few issues with the site. For example if I am on the page for a beer then try to use the location option on the menu it doesn't work. I work in web dev if you need any help let me know, always happy to support local. by SegaMegaPi (Sun 22nd Mar 2020 6:30pm)

  • Yes blaming those below you for the problems instead of looking at the systemic flaws in capatlism always works well. by SegaMegaPi (Sun 2nd May 2021 1:32pm)
  • While I agree with the statment this time (leaving it so late, and people are just going to travel to go out. This won't affect infection rate). I disagree that it's the wrong metric. Yes hospitalisations and deaths are the things we are trying to prevent but we are now talking about a varient that spreads a lot quicker so we do need to deal with it immediately, which means before it gets to the stage of hospitalisation and deaths. by SegaMegaPi (Fri 14th May 2021 6:05pm)

  • Is there any reason to reply after the source is posted? I guess to appologise but it's not like it's required. I don't think we should dissuade people for asking for proof by calling them a prick. by SegaMegaPi (Tue 26th Oct 2021 8:47am)

  • You understand that the upvote/downvote system is a reflection of whether people agree/disagree with you. Your comment hasn't been deleted. You can think however you want, as can others who obviously disagree with your comment. by SegaMegaPi (Mon 7th Feb 2022 2:31pm)
  • Again, he was downvoted because people disagree with it. Are you telling me that you upvote comments that you disagree with or dislike? If so why? by SegaMegaPi (Mon 7th Feb 2022 3:51pm)
