  • I think this as well, I got a notice at home describing all the places and dates they were going to film by UnlikelyOut (Fri 23rd Jul 2021 11:23am)
  • So rehearsals started yesterday and I think actual filming starts this week by UnlikelyOut (Sun 25th Jul 2021 2:57pm)
  • Hi! I’ve moved last month to Glasgow, I ordered a VOXI SIM card that came by post and it’s great! I actually went to rollerstop last week for a skills lesson and it was really chill, and the Kelvingrove skate park is also pretty full with cool people ☺️ by UnlikelyOut (Wed 28th Jul 2021 9:30pm)
  • Hi! I really never got the whole “yoga” thing, didn’t understand how to stay present and just focus on myself, until last year on lockdown. I watched Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube and absolutely loved it. I did a whole 30 days playlist and although it may not be for everyone, I really liked her approach. It’s also a good introduction, since I did it alone in my own home, so there was no pressure to do it “the right way”! Once I fell in love with it I started to see where to practice yoga with a teacher to really know “how”. You can try some videos just to see if you can stick with it :) and also, no need for “flexibility”- as she says, the most important part is just showing up! I loved seeing the (little) improvements over time :) by UnlikelyOut (Sat 21st Aug 2021 11:04pm)
  • I’ve tried The Ordinary and think it works wonders, it’s really simple and you can work out a routine in their website. Don’t know if you can buy them anywhere physical, but you can order them online and they’re really affordable! by UnlikelyOut (Mon 4th Oct 2021 8:17pm)
  • Thank you, didn’t know that! by UnlikelyOut (Mon 4th Oct 2021 10:11pm)
  • I used this one, 40£ https://nwp-online.co.uk/home/p/covid-19-day-2-pcr-testing-package-for-fully-vaccinated-travellers by UnlikelyOut (Tue 5th Oct 2021 7:46pm)
  • Not in hospitality, just here so I can get a chance at knowing the dirt by UnlikelyOut (Tue 9th Nov 2021 1:07am)
  • Did mine on November 1st, not paying for a tree and ornaments just to get them up for a month, I want Christmas cheer for as long as I can! by UnlikelyOut (Thu 11th Nov 2021 10:40pm)
  • Will probably look into it, thanks! by UnlikelyOut (Thu 11th Nov 2021 11:28pm)
  • I would but it’s quite a long trip - Glasgow to Aberdeen πŸ˜… by UnlikelyOut (Thu 11th Nov 2021 11:28pm)
  • Just checked out Turo and it seems like a great alternative, thank you so much for your help! by UnlikelyOut (Sat 13th Nov 2021 10:24am)
  • Went to Sean Marshall in Merchant City and loved him! by UnlikelyOut (Wed 1st Dec 2021 2:10pm)
  • So for this I’d say maybe search https://apply.jobs.scot.nhs.uk/ , it has some social work positions and since it’s the NHS they give sponsorship by UnlikelyOut (Mon 14th Mar 2022 11:20pm)
  • Oh sad I didn’t see this in time! Specially because it’s so close to my place and I think this is such a good idea! by UnlikelyOut (Sun 10th Apr 2022 11:22pm)
  • Oh I’ve been telling this exact thing everytime someone asks what I miss most from home! by UnlikelyOut (Thu 9th Jun 2022 1:16pm)
  • Definitely this, I usually just go up to any girl that looks as terrified as me and make small talk with them πŸ₯² by UnlikelyOut (Fri 29th Jul 2022 9:10pm)
  • I say definitely try TCA (either newsroom or the propstore), lots of pros but newbies as well (by newbies I mean me!!) by UnlikelyOut (Sat 30th Jul 2022 4:58pm)
  • Yap also in Merchant City and I love it, but I guess I just have a good soundproof flat πŸ˜… by UnlikelyOut (Thu 4th Aug 2022 10:01pm)
  • Cail Bruich, Ox and Finch, Ka Pao - very fancy and actually good food by UnlikelyOut (Fri 23rd Sep 2022 10:44am)
  • Would be lovely if we could get somewhere to watch formula 1 on race weekends, I’d be down! by UnlikelyOut (Fri 23rd Sep 2022 10:42am)
  • Definitely wait for the “right time” to open up appointments. Tried to book last year in the morning and nothing came up - left the browser open and when I refreshed in the afternoon they magically opened up loads of appointments! by UnlikelyOut (Wed 19th Oct 2022 4:02pm)
  • Hi, live in a conservation area, tried to repair the four windows for double glazed and the quote they gave was £8k. I think it’s definitely the cost since you need to go for what it’s in the regulations and not swap it for the cheapest/most considerate option by UnlikelyOut (Tue 22nd Nov 2022 9:51am)
  • Hiya! Also NHS employee here - not doing code clan just now but I’ve started the free courses at codeacademy + joined a free course on code first girls! I think it’s a good stepping stone to see if you like it before taking a big leap? At least that’s what I’m doing! by UnlikelyOut (Thu 1st Dec 2022 10:24pm)
  • I come from Portugal and honestly don’t mind: the overwhelming heat and almost passing out because it’s too hot doesn’t happen here so what a blessing! The rain/cold isn’t so bad: just buy a good coat and you can go anywhere. And I thought it was going to rain a lot more than it has to be honest. The only thing that is a bit weird/may take some use to is the daylight hours in the winter, since it’s 5pm and my body automatically wants to have dinner, but then I remind myself there’s still a few hours to get it! by UnlikelyOut (Mon 12th Dec 2022 10:01am)
  • I’ve had two inserted and honestly although it hurt for me, I still say it’s the best thing ever. I took an Uber home, had some ibuprofen and took several naps during the day - good to go the next day! I find it amazing not having to worry and haven’t had a period for months (and if I do it’s just two or three days with minimal spotting!) by UnlikelyOut (Sat 17th Dec 2022 1:18pm)
  • Oh so weird, I’ve been approached by this man for the same amount of money, and this was a few months back - he was so annoyed at me since I had no money on me and refused to go somewhere to pick some up by UnlikelyOut (Sat 17th Dec 2022 1:22pm)
  • I’m on the hormonal one! You can DM me if you want to talk more about it, as I have a really good response to the hormonal one and I’ve had friends who reacted poorly to only the copper. Also there’s different concentrations even on the hormonal! by UnlikelyOut (Sun 18th Dec 2022 5:50pm)
  • Oh this looks so nice! How did you find the book club? by UnlikelyOut (Thu 22nd Dec 2022 12:53pm)
  • I went to a meet up thing last year and I think they do them regularly! I think on the meetup website if you can find it by UnlikelyOut (Mon 2nd Jan 2023 2:27pm)
  • I used turo for a rental on Christmas since everything was closed. Try to look there! by UnlikelyOut (Wed 4th Jan 2023 1:49am)
  • Last year I checked early in the morning and then had none, refreshed at 4pm and they had released appointments. So looks random πŸ₯² by UnlikelyOut (Thu 13th Apr 2023 5:15pm)
  • Fleece tights under your jeans, thermal shirt under your normal jumper, and get a down coat preferably waterproof. Oh and I love a beanie to keep me warm! by UnlikelyOut (Wed 11th Oct 2023 5:03pm)
