  • Camperdown Place was class. Future people if you're looking please take my word for it. by Yung_Don (Fri 31st May 2019 4:05pm)
  • No it isn't. But I assume that's the point? Social groups don't have to be inclusive lmao by Yung_Don (Mon 3rd Jun 2019 2:10pm)
  • Might seem a bit leftfield but would recommend applying for uni disability services (usually they advertise for non-medical personal help and note taking). The work is easy, flexible hours, decent pay and usually you become pals with the students you help out. Only issue is that pay is a month in arrears and it isn't on April-September. Actually come to think of it that probably means it isn't suitable for you 😂 But might be a decent supplement for you or anyone else looking for work. by Yung_Don (Mon 3rd Jun 2019 2:15pm)
  • Why should social groups be obliged to nurture equality? I don't see anything wrong with gender-exclusive activities. by Yung_Don (Mon 3rd Jun 2019 2:23pm)
  • I'm Aberdonian and there are a good few overlapping words in Doric. I stayed in Stockholm on exchange years ago and my mum was laughing about every exit saying "Utgång". If any Scots ever fancy learning a language I'd recommend Nordic ones as they're pretty easy for us! by Yung_Don (Sun 29th Aug 2021 3:41pm)
  • "oot" = out "gang" = go "Oot ye gang" is a common phrase. They also laughed at "små hus" cos again it looks like "sma hoose" and don't realise the å sounds more like an o. by Yung_Don (Sun 29th Aug 2021 10:12pm)
