  • I find him really challenging to bathe on my own. I prefer a professional do it to make it as stress-free as possible for us both. by goldandjules (Sat 14th Aug 2021 2:08pm)
  • He does have dirt that he isn’t able to manage himself. I’ve not had to bathe him more than once before. by goldandjules (Sat 14th Aug 2021 2:18pm)
  • Thank you! I was struggling to find anyone online so it's helpful to know others have had the same issue. I'll call my vet. by goldandjules (Sat 14th Aug 2021 3:02pm)
  • Trans people have nothing to do with this, you absolute ghoul. by goldandjules (Sun 3rd Oct 2021 10:44am)
  • I’m trans myself, and will support anyone who calls out behaviour that causes harm to others regardless of who the perpetrator is. Too often “harm” is just me going about my daily life and I draw the line there. by goldandjules (Sun 3rd Oct 2021 12:59pm)
  • The premise of your argument is mistaken. The difference between dysmorphia and dysphoria (what trans people have) is that changing things does nothing to help dysmorphia (believing you're fat and should diet even when you're skinny), while changing things is proven to help trans people live happier, productive lives. I'm a trans woman, not autistic (I've been tested), at the top of my field as an engineer (I'm quite far from dumb) and don't dress in a traditionally "feminine" way most of the time. I guess some would call me a tomboy. I was never under the illusion that my body was anything other than phenotypically male before I started to transition, and the fact that it's more phenotypically female now is something I can acknowledge and be content with. Fact is that taking hormones and socially transitioning did actually get rid of most of the issues I was having emotionally. I don't usually answer these threads - it usually results in threats or abuse - but felt like I should this time for some reason. by goldandjules (Fri 22nd Jul 2022 2:50am)

  • It’s true that estate agents use it a lot, but that’s because it’s a historic part of the city which is pretty synonymous with being “posh”. by goldandjules (Wed 1st Mar 2023 8:51pm)
  • Also I will 100% be buying this print, FYI by goldandjules (Wed 1st Mar 2023 8:57pm)
  • I’d say Park District personally. Never heard just “Park” while I lived there, but I could believe it. by goldandjules (Wed 1st Mar 2023 8:57pm)
