Thank you! Can the bike be registered without a serial number? It’s my boyfriends bike and I’m not sure if the number is in any photos he has of it

Live in a more modern block so don’t have a close or that and I’m top floor and the bike was just tucked beside the lift out of the way, it’s still possible it was removed though so hopefully that’s all! Thank you

A lot of people are using the example of the water bills in Ireland for this. But people also fail to see that the Irish never paid for water before and just refused to start, so it didn't affect their credit as they never entered into an agreement with them in the first place. It was also managed by one water provider, rather than several different energy providers so it was easier to come together and refuse to pay. I hate to say it but the no pay movement is going to hurt more than help.

21,000 a few years ago may have been ok - definitely not now. I'm on this and after rent and bills (in the city centre) I'm left counting down for the rest of the month and hoping no surprise expenses come up or else I'll struggle to make it

A lot of public bins have cameras around them ready to fine people who do this - might be just in the city centre though! Also unsure of how they would fine for this lol. Just have a look around the area before doing so.

It all depends on your lifestyle. Live in the city, have a semi-decent social life, gym membership and on 21k a year I'm skint. To not be terrified of the end of the month I think I'd need 30k-ish to feel a bit more relaxed. 35k+ would be ideal.

You need to wait longer than 20 mins. Took me over an hour to get a reply

Complete Dental on paisley road took me on as an NHS patient, although I was waiting 6 weeks for my first initial consultation.

Piggybacking off of this, why is it almost always offers over in Scotland? and how much over are you generally expected to offer?
