  • For 2 people in a 2 bedroom place I'd say 55-60 is average pricing. That's what I paid at my previous rented flat and also at my current one. It greatly depends on the flats heating system and how power hungry the computers power supply is. If the heating is electric then it'll be more expensive to run than gas central I think you can still get a tax return to cover wfh costs as well. by man4est (Tue 29th Jun 2021 1:13pm)
  • For anyone going off a fixed term tariff this spring, it's better to stay on the variable tariff they default you as the price cap currently is lower than most fixed tariffs. For some stupid late stage capitalist reason the price cap doesn't apply to fixed tariffs. So at least until the review in September it'll be a bit better. by man4est (Wed 6th Apr 2022 9:35am)
