  • To add on to this, the best way to have fun and stick with something is to join a club or do it with friends. There are beer leagues for most sports in Glasgow, I've heard of everything from tennis, softball, volleyball, touch rugby, hockey, netball, football, martial arts, club swimming, dance, aerial silks and hill climbing clubs. Find something and try it out and see if it's for you! by metanoiamozziesticks (Wed 9th Aug 2023 7:39am)
  • I usually do one form of exercise for 6 months or so until I get bored or the weather changes! I have enjoyed ashtanga yoga, Revolution Spin classes, bouldering, weightlifting and cycling. Right now I'm really into running and munro bagging, I've joined a running club in the Southside and do different park runs every weekend. I find it's more fun to change it up when you get bored and try something new for a few months. by metanoiamozziesticks (Wed 9th Aug 2023 7:35am)
