Iiterally no different to any other event with drunk people celebrating. Have a look at what happens when the stanley cup is won which is a million times worse. Litter and some graffiti really isnt bad, stabbing cunts, fight the police and destroy benchs is bad. Having a drink with your people and a good time isnt. Also if you ever peel yourself away from reddit and go outside you might notice that the city general stinks of pish with litter everywhere and in the residential areas its worse due the council being concerned primarily with sitting on their own thumbs. Theres a passport tracking website for the uk that tells you the average wait for regular requests, express requests etc. The issue isnt the wait time atm its the lack of appointments unfortunately. Possibly a combination of constant refreshing the appointment page, ringing up daily and going the passport office near GCU in town daily with all the documents you need to hand are probably your best bet.
