  • Make recordings of the times and days and get video/photo evidence as a noise complaint to the council. Dog noise may not be enough ~ it is the car alarm that is over the decibel threshold for the noise complaint. Again log times and days the car alarm goes off. Most likely she will deny to the council it is dogs as she does to you.   • Phone them up to talk it through. It’s very common accounts without Direct Debits set up go to this stage because you only get one reminder per year.
