  • We eat from the Taj about once a month, bit like Russian roulette tbh. Play it safe with the spicy chicken pizza by Galfiinan (Wed 15th Dec 2021 8:09pm)
  • I have a cordless Dyson, take the end off it and suck them in. Quite fun if you are bored. by Galfiinan (Fri 9th Sep 2022 10:16am)
  • I always did the same. I remember my daughter complaining about a girl kicking on the trampoline. Said to tell her not to do it twice then kick her back. Watching from the window I saw the first kick and my daughter telling her no. Ditto for second kick. Third kick saw the girl volleyed across the trampoline, hit the net and crumple. I was, to my eternal shame, quite proud. Never saw the wee girl again but at least my daughter never got kicked again. by Galfiinan (Wed 12th Oct 2022 9:58pm)
  • Always tip £2, weather has been rotten lately and my street is murder to get parked. Spending £20 minimum on a delivery, £2 hardly makes a difference and if you can't afford the £2 can you really afford the takeaway? by Galfiinan (Sun 23rd Oct 2022 7:28pm)
  • I took my slazenger sports direct special into Kendrick standing tonight. No issues. by Galfiinan (Thu 3rd Nov 2022 12:18am)
  • I actually live in Yoker. G13 4HN reporting in. by Galfiinan (Thu 3rd Nov 2022 5:28pm)
  • There are 52 addresses in G13 4HN. I will take my chances, that's what we do in Yoker. by Galfiinan (Sun 6th Nov 2022 10:10am)
  • They did film in Clydebank once or twice. My old aunt appeared in a scene where they are walking through the shopping centre. She nearly walks into them, scowls and storms away. by Galfiinan (Tue 8th Nov 2022 9:06am)
  • Not sure if it is still actually made near Glasgow but Trespass was always good quality, their shops are always having sales and sometimes a clearance section. Worth a look. by Galfiinan (Thu 10th Nov 2022 1:36pm)
  • I have used UBER to get to and from airports with loads of cases etc. Usually they tend to be more helpful due to the rating system. I would give that a try next time. by Galfiinan (Tue 15th Nov 2022 2:37pm)
  • As a line manager for 6 people I buy them a present. I'd be disappointed if people thought they needed to get me one. by Galfiinan (Tue 22nd Nov 2022 7:54pm)
  • I went for lunch and it was awful, stomach cramps that evening. I would not tecommend. by Galfiinan (Tue 22nd Nov 2022 7:58pm)
  • I cancelled for this reason. He would have been able to see the TV was on and we were up so if he had chapped the door it would have been fine. by Galfiinan (Thu 15th Dec 2022 2:36pm)
  • If you are using a voucher and taking advantage of an offer you should still tip a percentage of the full cost of the meal. I'm not saying it had to be 10% but if you were happy with the food and the service was good and would tip anyway then it should be based on the full cost of the meal before the voucher or discount is applied. If 10% is automatically added I always ask if it goes to the server. Yes is fine, if it is a no then I would ask for it be removed. Did this in the Ivy when it opened. by Galfiinan (Wed 25th Jan 2023 2:09pm)
  • If you work for the council it is very easy for them to arrest wages. by Galfiinan (Wed 25th Jan 2023 9:53pm)
  • Farm at No 12 wouldn't let us sit outside with a dog if that's the reason why you want outside. by Galfiinan (Sat 15th Apr 2023 3:30pm)
  • Flew over Yoker too. The sound was unmistakable. by Galfiinan (Mon 17th Apr 2023 9:04pm)
  • I always do a loud ssshhhh when the certificate comes up. If there is still noise I do another. Not been to the cinema for years due to people behaving like this. The theatre is just as bad, someone munching their way through a 24 pack of Walkers behind me in the Theatre Royal was the last straw. by Galfiinan (Mon 1st May 2023 7:01am)
  • Senior Science Tech 34k in Education by Galfiinan (Sun 14th May 2023 8:16pm)
  • They can have whatever views they want but ramming down folks throats is another thing entirely. Same bunch over at QE. All of them trying to guilt people into changing their own views. I hate going into the City Centre, from the shite buskers to the god botherers and now these clowns, it is torture. by Galfiinan (Fri 25th Aug 2023 1:29pm)
  • I used to think the same until until I spoke to a JH witness who had come to my door. I asked him what he would do if the kid he had with him got leaukemia. He stated that there were alternative treatments etc but the truth is the kid would probably need a bone marrow transplant. I told him this and I've never seen them again. If they genuinely wanted to save me would they not have came back? That kid would have no choice in his treatment, and if he were to be made a ward of the state what would happen to him after that? It's a tricky situation. I have some sympathy, some of them may believe this or others may have fallen down the rabbit hole but they are actively spreading harmful information and/or having a negative impact on people who may be struggling with a decision that will affect the rest of their lives. How often do the consider this while trying to spread their message? Probably not as oftern as they should. by Galfiinan (Fri 25th Aug 2023 2:55pm)
  • I'm not saying they can't do it or shouldn't be able to do it, I am saying that I actively avoid the city centre due to their attempts to preach their message. Buchanan Street is bloody awful at the weekend. by Galfiinan (Fri 25th Aug 2023 3:02pm)
  • I also really enjoyed meat joint, service was slow, but they very apologetic. I also very much enjoyed what I think is related to it, the mini grill. by Galfiinan (Fri 8th Sep 2023 2:19pm)
  • I went when it first opened, bagel was great so filled I can barely fit it in my mouth. Went back recently and the fillings were so light I could practically see through the hole. Wasn't going back anyway this puts the final nail in the coffin. by Galfiinan (Tue 12th Sep 2023 10:11am)
