  • Thanks for the help everyone, people make glasgow ;) by youngthugfan64 (Mon 21st Jan 2019 11:47am)
  • I always thought anxiety and mental health was just a case of weak-willed drama queens, especially since everyone seems to be raving about it now, but having experienced some pretty horrific episodes myself I can definitely say that for some people it exists anyway. Thank you though! by youngthugfan64 (Mon 21st Jan 2019 11:51am)
  • What about Pregabalin? I'm sure I'll get propanolol but I've heard good things about pregabalin especially from family members who work in the NHS. by youngthugfan64 (Mon 21st Jan 2019 1:13pm)
  • I am going to get round to trying more of cbd, I'm short for money at the minute however so its not currently on the cards. by youngthugfan64 (Mon 21st Jan 2019 1:16pm)
  • Thanks for the help and advice everyone, recieved more advice on this thread in one day than I've had off RAMH in 2 months. I have a feeling the doctor is going to offer me some sort of SSRI. I'm open to any solution that works, but alot of my friends whom I've discussed it with seem to buy into the idea of 'big pharma' getting you hooked on them, as well as side effects. Are they really that bad? by youngthugfan64 (Tue 22nd Jan 2019 1:39pm)

  • To be frank I'm looking for the flavoured ones for rolling up with some weed, lol. I do enjoy a monte cristo if I have the money however :) by youngthugfan64 (Mon 18th Feb 2019 9:42pm)
  • Jumped down, had backwoods but they were extortionate. Found a load of other goodies however, thanks! by youngthugfan64 (Tue 19th Feb 2019 7:03pm)
  • Online it claims Aldi were supposedly selling it. Oddbins (only know the one in Shawlands) may possibly do it too. by youngthugfan64 (Thu 14th Mar 2019 9:49am)
  • Thanks everyone. Gonna see about an emergency appointment tomorrow. by youngthugfan64 (Tue 19th Mar 2019 8:27pm)
  • The last thing I want is support workers coming to my door or trailing me everywhere. I know I have a problem but I feel that would only make me feel worse, do you know if this is part of every addiction programme? by youngthugfan64 (Tue 19th Mar 2019 8:26pm)
  • Thanks everyone! You are all legends! <3 by youngthugfan64 (Tue 19th Mar 2019 9:48pm)
  • Waiting on a call back from the doc, ready to lay all my cards on the table. Thank you so much everyone, would probably have never done it without you all. by youngthugfan64 (Wed 20th Mar 2019 8:44am)
  • Cheers for the advice and kind words everyone, people really do make Glasgow! Spoke to the doc via an emergency appointment yesterday. Wrote him a note describing my dosages and use and the withdrawals I've been going through. He gave me a number for a support service which I've referred myself to, but I'm on a waiting list 2 weeks from now. I feel a bit annoyed however that even though he accepted and understood I'm having some pretty tough withdrawals, he didn't offer anything in terms of coping and said just to go to A&E if I get anything like seizures etc. Am I right to be frustrated? I'm totally out of money and have nothing to taper with. I don't want to go back to a dealer even if I could as I know I'd just go straight back on it in general. by youngthugfan64 (Thu 21st Mar 2019 1:09pm)
  • Rouken Glen park is my local, and theres a good wee crowd there consisting of the youngers to those in their 20's and speaking as someone who isn't an amazing skater by any stretch of the imagination everyone is very welcoming. I've also found that its a bit of a misconception that the proper skate rats down places like Riverside aren't the friendliest, been down myself a few times and made a couple of pals who are miles above the level I'm at. At the end of the day skateboarding isn't a competition (for most people anyway!) by youngthugfan64 (Mon 2nd Nov 2020 12:03pm)

  • Using 2mg tabs but they are scored, know for certain they are legitimate. Probably gonna do a rapid taper weekly and see how it goes. Thanks. by youngthugfan64 (Mon 11th Oct 2021 5:43pm)
  • Said I didnt want SSRI’s, Antipsychotics both of which they recommended (past bad experiencd with SSRI’s and fear of tardive dyskinesia), said CBT didn’t work for me but I’m open to retrying it. Ideal outcome would be a diagnosis by the psychiatrist and go from there. by youngthugfan64 (Mon 11th Oct 2021 5:45pm)
  • Thank you so much. It will be a long and brutal road but I will get there. by youngthugfan64 (Tue 12th Oct 2021 10:04pm)
