  • Probably a takeaway or restaurant. They maybe have traditionally got it delivered to them in bulk but maybe prices have went up and/or delays. They've thought fuck it we can just go shopping. Supermarkets shouldn't be selling that much in bulk though? by Available_Signal4311 (Thu 19th May 2022 8:50pm)

  • Not really mate I just went to gigs through the years wherever they performed. Good question though coz if there was a place that played decent hip hop I would def go. I remember before a Mr Lif gig in Sub Club there was a DJ playing playing Killarmy and good shit like that. I'm talking over 10 years ago tho ha. by Available_Signal4311 (Fri 20th May 2022 11:11pm)

  • Colzium Park and Banton loch is alright. Walking the tight path on the right of the loch is quite nice. The Coachman along the road in Kilsyth does a decent cappuccino. And also from the Boathouse in Kilsyth you can walk to Bar Hill Roman fort if you fancy a walk along the canal then a wee hill. by Available_Signal4311 (Wed 25th May 2022 1:44pm)

  • About 10 years ago drank nearly a litre of Absolute vodka, ate some pancake rolls, left my pal's to head home but ended up waking up behind Next with spewed up spring rolls next to me. Slept for a bit there, crawled to behind Tesco, slept there for a bit. Remembered I had a massive bit of weed in my pocket so that made me hurry up and try to get home. Got a taxi through McDonald's and ordered quite a lot. Ate it all. Then was in bed for the bext 3 days. Ended up hardly even being able to drink water. In my mid 20s one xmas eve I drank 2 bottles of shitty Paul Mason red wine then vodka. Me and my pals punched my kitchen door until it was nonexistent. Collapsed half way in my room, spewed on my carpet. I remember my 2 "pals" just leaving me there. Eventually got up and fell against my wall leaving a massive deep black bruise on my tricep area if my arm. Fell and tried to grab onto my mattress which slipped and I fell, more bruises. Got up and fell forward hitting my head onto the corner of my bedside table knocking me out and cutting my head. Eventually got into bed and still made it to my parents the next day for xmas. by Available_Signal4311 (Sat 28th May 2022 3:10am)

  • Well if you've been on a packed bus or train especially in warm weather, you'll know the "ventilation" is nowhere near enough. More so when the bus drivers don't switch the air con on. I think trains might be the same with sometimes not switching it on. In these situations windows open is better. I've had to ask.bus drivers several times to switch it on, a lot of the times they don't listen. by Available_Signal4311 (Sun 19th Jun 2022 1:12pm)

  • DELETED I'm vaccinated and wore a mask when required. I haven't seen anyone wearing a mask in the city centre. Pubs etc are packed. It's now going the way of what the flu has, e.g yes there's a risk of catching covid and there's a risk of catching the flu. Will you wear a mask because there's a risk of catching the flu? Ask yourself that and you will have your answer. For reference into the mindset of someone who might still wear a mask... My sister suffers from social anxiety. Doesn't go out anywhere apart from to visit my parents for some special occasions, will only travel in a hackney so there's a separation from the driver and it has to be with her boyfriend. And this was before covid. She wears a mask in that taxi and from the taxi into my parents then takes it off, knowing my parents have been out mask free living life normally. by Available_Signal4311 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 10:33am)
  • No idea why you're getting downvoted. It's a valid question. Very touchy subject though, some people are scared and affected by it all. by Available_Signal4311 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 10:40am)
  • As I said to another person getting downvoted it's a touchy subject and some people are scared. A lot of people have a strong unmovable opinion about it, even though no one is wearing a mask and are vaccinated. Your question will most likely get a lot of attention even though you already have your answer. by Available_Signal4311 (Fri 24th Jun 2022 10:51am)

  • Fuck all that shit about being a Karen. Call the police, it's their job to stop stuff like this happening.Take a note every time it happens and make your notes as detailed as possible. Don't try to deal with it yourself by approaching them. Even if some kids get caught drinking or whatever it won't be the end of their life. The system is lenient enough. If the pigs do nothing about it, and there is a high chance of that because they are incompetent, move house. Don't live with that stress. by Available_Signal4311 (Wed 29th Jun 2022 4:53pm)

  • Been like thie for quite a while now in many pubs. It annoys me too. Guess they are going for a club atmosphere rather than... a pub atmosphere. Was in Paisano's a few weeks ago and they had the music blaring in there too. Had to Karen up and ask to turn it down I want to eat my fucking pizza. by Available_Signal4311 (Sun 3rd Jul 2022 7:24pm)
  • Used to be my go to for steins of Weihenstephan, now I avoid it. I was kinda alright with leaning back on type 1 rocks, loud shite music, toilets stinking so much that they have to have incense constantly lit but the loud shite music is too much. by Available_Signal4311 (Sun 3rd Jul 2022 7:58pm)
  • DELETED I'm not into OAP concerts but would think this is one of the risk of booking to see old cunts and general shite performers. They can just change their mind depending on their ego. • If I remember correctly it's because it prepares your core temp for the outside heat. Watched a program years ago with Michael Palin preparing to go on a walk across some desert with nomads. • That's a weird one because Kilsyth is one of the last G postcode areas before the FK area and FK folk is different eh. So you get a mix of accents there and a wee bit of their own dialect mixed in. My first girlfriend was a Kilsyth lass with an FK dad and a native Kilsyth dad and had some weird words for stuff. Then in Cumbernauld just next to Kilsyth which again is a final G area before FK is mostly slang Glaswegians, so it sometimes doesn't matter how far away out of the city a G area is. New towns like Cumbernauld were populated by Glaswegians ages ago. by Available_Signal4311 (Thu 29th Sep 2022 8:01pm)
