  • [It wiz jist ra company. ](https://youtu.be/NkftoK8UNvg) Ah, let's take a trip back to the Land of Reality, a time when every single one of you accepted the reality that Rangers FC was both a club and a company. Watch this news report on repeat until the truth sinks in, you burst into tears, but feel relief at no longer having to keep up the Great Lie of Continuity. Don't you feel better? I mean, if everyone believed your holding company horse poo, clubs would fold every year and shed their debts. If you weren't so stupid you would realise this is the exact reason football clubs must incorporate when they decide to run as a business, to protect both the 'game' and allow it to attract the investors necessary for the game to thrive. It's embarrassing that you refuse to acknowledge that the Articles of Association and Scots Law mean more than the rewriting of history that Jack Irvine created only after it became apparent that Queen Elizabeth was going to reject a CVA and kill Rangers FC stone dead. There were actually two football clubs called Rangers alive at the same time, both with SFA membership, albeit one with membership being a 'conditional' membership that didn't even exist anywhere in the rulebook. Imagine giving out a kind of membership that didn't event exist in the rulebook - the very same SFA who pretended not to know Rangers FC were giving out secretive, game-voiding double contracts to their players. Now, much like the 'conditional membership' Rangers FC itself doesn't exist. https://spfl.co.uk/news/joint-statement-2012-07-27 by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 20th Sep 2022 1:02pm)
  • Uber has brought in a policy that pays their drivers a fixed fare rather than one that reflects the cost for a particular route a passenger requests. Drivers will obviously go the shortest possible distance rather than the quickest route to ensure that they are not subsidising the passenger's fare. Any traffic accidents, roadworks, etc, Uber believes that the driver should subsidise the additional costs instead of leaving it how it actually is in the real world i.e. whilst unfortunate for the passenger, they should pay for the costs of unexpected diversions. All passengers should be willing to tip their driver if they wish to be taken a longer route (and not the mythical "I'll tip you later in the app", but hard cash, otherwise sit back and enjoy the shortest distance route). All passengers should monitor a journey on their phone and immediately report any driver deliberately taking unnecessary diversions - not that this should be a thing on Uber anymore because of fixed fares, but definitely with others. by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 20th Sep 2022 5:48pm)
  • Thanks for not mentioning the road. by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 27th Sep 2022 6:04pm)
  • Just pretend it didn't happen. Pretend it's the same one it's always been even if it's legally a different one but in the same building you were once employed in. Say something like: "My company then, my company now, my company forever" - apparently this worked for a large number of folk in Glasgow who didn't want to face reality. On a serious note, that's a kick in the goolies. But don't sit about. Get off reddit, get on Google, get on LinkedIn get on your phone to those you have met in the industry, and get on your feet. Christmas is coming - make sure you are employed by then. If not in your field, anywhere. Cash is King, pride and stubbornness are paupers. Opportunity or disaster. You decide how this ends. Tonight you drink, tomorrow you recover. The day after is when Rocky starts his journey. 🥊 by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 27th Sep 2022 8:51pm)

  • The horrendous media surrounding the massive difficulty in Glasgow University finding accommodation (due to our wonderful city being destroyed by property vermin, both local and foreign) will, together with hugely inflated hotel pricing, have made the decision for the Eurovision panel an easy one. I worry for my children how they will afford a decent house in Glasgow whilst pricks and companies build up huge portfolios off the utter lifelong misery of others. Glasgow used to be a place where you could enjoy the amazing social scene AND buy a nice place. Now it is one or the other for so many. Tax the profit out of property vulture activities, get rid of the AirBnb properties that deny our children an affordable home and create massive social nuisance for those unfortunate enough to have a bawbag choose their location to have drunken/drugged up scum kicking off at 3am. by RecommendationFit949 (Fri 7th Oct 2022 10:42pm)
  • Angry much? Nice opening. My "decent" applied to the area as well as the house. There are decent houses in Cambuslang, the bungalows and villas, but they aren't cheap. by RecommendationFit949 (Fri 7th Oct 2022 11:33pm)
  • Our daughters are not safe with pathetic losers like him out there. Thankfully he's gone, hopefully there is a furnace in the afterlife suitably hot. A murdering, raping piece of shit. The sickfest that is the internet has created more like him, but thankfully public and residential cctv, dashcams, phone location tracking, advanced police and government systems, internet behaviour tracking, Automatic Number Plate recognition systems, advanced forensic techniques, and other technologies tilt the pitch in our daughters' favour. Murderers and rapists know that the cloaks of invisibility offered decades back have been removed. We are watching them, we will find them, we will deal with them. All men should be on a DNA database - we can have murderers and rapists in prison ASAP. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 9th Oct 2022 12:07am)
  • I do agree it is really sad for dogs. However, and I admit this is totally selfish, I am hoping that every single filthy, disgusting, lazy, horrible, vile cunt that lives in Newton Mearns, and deliberately leaves their dog's shit all over the pavements (and you just know that it's probably the sneaky bastards who take their dogs out last thing at night when we're all asleep), well, I hope they are having a horrifically worrying night and that their dogs are puking, pissing and shitting all over their homes, especially on expensive rugs and carpets. I do hope the respectful owners who clean up their dog's shit aren't affected too much. by RecommendationFit949 (Sat 5th Nov 2022 9:57pm)
  • The only consolation from that is that the dog died too. In 99% of cases the dogs swim back in after the owner has died, dogs being far superior swimmers. by RecommendationFit949 (Sat 5th Nov 2022 10:00pm)
  • A huge (and late, admittedly) shout out to THE WORST TEAM EVER TO TAKE PART IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE. Europe this, Europe that, was all we heard last year. The Poor-opa League is what it is, welcome to the real Europe. How did it taste? Spanked. 1-7 at Ibrokes. At least your previous club had the grace not to lose 1-7 at their own ground, but to be fair, doing it in a Cup Final at Hampden in 1957, you lot don't half embarrass yourselves. The whole of Scotland, the UK, Europe and the World laughed as you broke that record. History-makers. Not some club you've never heard of from some backwater country somewhere out East, but the club we all watched Charles Green and his wee friends form in 2012, The Rangers FC, to replace the club that failed to get a CVA like Hearts and Motherwell, Rangers FC (1872-2012). The Worst Team In The History Of The Champions League 🏆😭😂 Simply The Worst. https://preview.redd.it/zq49dk0i79y91.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b3593bbd26eaf239737ff9ac22fa584b62987748 Lest we forget. • I'm unsure of the exact location - I've heard it's where the motorway was closed (I assume this is towards the airport). The police were crouching down working on someone. It may turn out to be a medical issue but it's suspected it involved a vehicle. No further details, just a heads-up. by RecommendationFit949 (Sat 5th Nov 2022 11:38pm)
  • It transpired it wasn't a motorway worker but some clown who thought it a good idea to put the lives of motorway drivers at risk. Imagine him coming through your windscreen at 50mph or more. A very lucky clown. Road policing officers are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was hit by a car while crossing the M8 motorway in Glasgow. Officers were called to the westbound carriageway between junctions 15 and 16 around 10.50pm on Saturday, 5 November, 2022. A 51-year-old man was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries. The road was closed while investigations were carried out and reopened around 1.30am on Sunday, 6 November, 2022. Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances and officers are appealing for witnesses. Sergeant Chris Hoggans, Road Policing Unit, said: “I would urge anyone who was on that stretch of the M8 around 10.50pm on Saturday and saw a man on the carriageway to get in touch with police. It’s important we find out exactly what happened. “Similarly, if you have dash cam footage from the area at the time, please review it and bring anything of significance to our attention.” Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 4677 of 5 November, 2022. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 6th Nov 2022 8:29pm)
  • I bet he thought you spelt 'their' wrong, and I bet you haven't noticed you spelt Remembrance wrong. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 13th Nov 2022 12:58am)
  • This is why fluorescent and reflective clothing, together with a helmet and lights, should be mandatory. It is all too easy for a driver not to see you fall off if it is dark, the windscreen is partially fogged from condensation and you are invisible in the dark or obscured by lights from other cars. Cyclists are potentially seconds from death at any any moment but very few take the simple and cheap precautions that greatly put the odds in their favour. by RecommendationFit949 (Thu 17th Nov 2022 11:44am)
  • Imagine thinking I would ever drive with condensation when I've made the effort to post about safety equipment for cyclists. FYI, everybody knows it is illegal but far too many people still do because they are in a rush. Any cyclist that goes out knowing they haven't utilised all the equipment I mentioned may soon cause lots of bunches off flowers to be left at the roadside. I detest the utter stupidity of any cyclist who doesn't act to prolong their own life. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 20th Nov 2022 3:04pm)
  • Again, another person who thinks I would ever drive with condensation. Please pick up on the safety-related nature of my post. I find it is far from the majority. I love near a major road that takes Glaswegian cyclists into the country and far too many of them wear black lycra and don't have lights on them. It should be the law that reflective and fluorescent clothing, helmets, and front and back lighting are utilised. Auto £60 fine. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 20th Nov 2022 3:09pm)
  • "It's all too easy for a driver" is what I wrote. I didn't write "It's all too easy for me". C**ts always take the easy way, they'll drive with condensation every morning assuming they won't hit anyone before it clears. Police should also pull over and fine anyone doing this. I'm hardly going to take cyclist equipment so seriously that I write about it on here then head on out without wiping condensation away. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 20th Nov 2022 3:26pm)
  • This thread explains why people should stay away from drugs. 🤣 by RecommendationFit949 (Fri 25th Nov 2022 5:04pm)
  • The majority of folk who go there have early onset dementia. They forgot how to work, if they ever actually started in the first place. 😂 by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 29th Nov 2022 10:09am)
  • And far, far, far more are physically fully serviceable and capable of working, but don't. See if this was Saudi Arabia, Somalia or South Sudan and you got hee-haw for free, guess what these folk would be doing with themselves instead of managing to navigate themselves to sit in their wee money room every few weeks? They would be out doing whatever it damn takes to get enough money to buy food and water. The last few year has seen employment opportunities not seen for decades. Brexit has seen so many Europeans locked out, so folk can't even claim to not have the correct education, experience, skill or professional qualifications to get a job, because the majority of these people were doing unskilled, manual work.i.e. all you have to do is have the motivation to turn up and do the work. If folk haven't managed to get a job in the best employment market for generations, well, they either haven't looked or they don't want a job. It really is that simple. See if folk had to do some work for their dole money (removing graffiti, picking up litter, etc) , they would soon decide to get a real job that pays them better for their time and effort. Carrot and stick is the old adage. Too many folk in this city aren't motivated by carrots, but everyone is motivated by a stick. https://preview.redd.it/mdwwebt6tw2a1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3067f1d0e52d79525143c38cbb739842e4ae772e by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 29th Nov 2022 10:35am)
  • The Europeans were motivated enough to get up, move to Glasgow, Scotland and the UK and get a job. Why is it that they managed to do so when the folk in the dole office couldn't find jobs on their doorstep? Carrot and stick. The Europeans either wanted the money to buy holidays and gifts (carrot) or they wanted to be able afford to buy food, water and a home (stick). Either way, hundreds of thousands of Europeans managed to get work here in a far off country with a foreign language. Why haven't more English speaking locals? The benefits system is a blessing for the genuinely needy and unfortunate, and a curse to the lazy. The unemployed die a little inside with every passing day, more need to leave their fears at the door, get uncomfortable giving up their free time to get money and skills, and live a life. We weren't born on this planet to rot away in homes, pubs and William Hill. by RecommendationFit949 (Tue 29th Nov 2022 10:44am)

  • Insurance companies should refuse to pay out to these imbeciles. A car is the 2nd most valuable asset yet some folk readily think 'I'll not take a five minute detour, I'll write off my car instead'. Feck them all. by RecommendationFit949 (Fri 30th Dec 2022 11:07am)
  • Every property vulture compounds misery. One house for one family. It was bad enough when we had to deal with UK citizens deciding to start shitting on eveyone else by buying up and renting out additional homes for profit, but I find that so many folk from countries with large populations (particularly Indians and Pakistanis) very quickly get into the UK property market and buy additional properties to rent out, using these rents to buy even more houses. The effect on this for normal folk who simply want to own one home for the rest of their life is catastrophic - prices are becoming insane. Home ownership allowes people to benefit from their own money, provides a far better quality of life than renting ever will, leads to better social inclusion as people take pride in the appearance of their home and its surrounding area. Both native and immigrant property vultures simply care about locking as many people into rental housing for the duration of their whole lives. Once they get their greedy hands on these homes and remove them from the market place they will be lost from the market place for good. Rental ghettos will increase across every town and city in the UK until social unrest forces these Tories to stop the catastrophic effect property vultures have on the poor. We are stealing hope and a good future from our youth, why should they study hard, go to university only to be able to afford a home a short distance away from the bawbags who do nothing with their lives? We must incentivise our youth into working hard so they can afford a nice home. Property vultures push the dream of a nice home so far into the distance and that the poor will think 'What's the point, I'll never afford a nice home?'. One home only. Anything more and we tax the profit out of them. If folk want money then they should start a business where we have a choice whether to use them or not. Having somewhere to live is never about choice, it is a right. by RecommendationFit949 (Wed 4th Jan 2023 11:45am)
  • If you are having this issue, buy a couple of cheap Yi cameras from Amazon, bang in an SD card, point them out of the window, record these vermin, post the footage to every newspaper, radio and news twitter sites plus twitter sites with large followers. Make these scumbags who help spread dog shit that can blind children very famous. Then share the footage with the local environmental people so they get fined. Shine a light on them, literally, by fitting external lights so the disgusting folk have nowhere to hide at night (the scum particularly like to operate when most folk have gone to bed). These vermin will become fearful once we get enough of them viral across Glasgow, and our streets will become cleaner as a result. Following them and shoving their dog shit through their letterbox is also educational, apparently. by RecommendationFit949 (Thu 5th Jan 2023 1:31pm)

  • Ah, the scene where I was Ubering one weekend and had the misfortune to be booked by an absolute c*unt and her lady friends coming out of the Pride Festival, a few years back. She turned up drinking from a can of lager and tried to climb in. I guided her behind the car and said I will wait until she finishes the can, which she did, but not before whinging and swearing at me not wanting to break my licence conditions or have her spill alcohol in my car. She climbs back in, her friends already in and waiting for her, and so I ask her politely to buckle up. She begins to get all sweary and aggressive so, having already forgiven her for trying to take drink in, delayed my ride so she could finish her drink, warned her about her swearing and general aggressiveness, and still wanted to ensure she was protected by a seat belt, I apologised to the rest of her party, stated that I can't risk the alcohol now sitting in her stomach causing her to potentially kick off more whilst I'm driving, informed them I was happy to take the rest of them but not her. They decided to all leave in sisterhood, fair enough, but the fool then tapped on my front passenger window, motioned for me to open it then, when I cranked it a few inches, she pointed at me and, in her finest Ned-ish, said: "Repooooorrrrrtttttteeeeeeeeeed". I replied: "Reported for what? Not taking abuse? Not taking an drunken, aggressive passenger? Not taking an unbuckled passenger? Report me, Uber won't do anything". We'll, the bitch actually did. And the pathetic individuals within Uber's Limerick HQ suspended me. This despite me informing Uber exactly what happened, and providing dashcam footage that confirmed everything happened exactly as I said. The bitch said that I unfairly refused to take her, that I ejected her from my car without just cause and that she suffered a panic attack on the kerb. My dashcam footage showed her for the scummy, bottom-feeding liar that herself, her parents, her upbringing and her friends created. My rear dashcam showed her laughing and walking aft with her friends, getting straight onto the free Pride Festival coach parked behind me. Uber suspended me for a total of 21 days because of her lie, and this despite them being provided with my dashcam footage they asked me to upload within 24 hours. Uber's Special Investigations Team at Limerick are a disgrace for denying me an income for three weeks despite knowing I was not just innocent, but had provided over and above service in a very difficult situation. Uber Limerick knew I was innocent but have a' garden wall' where they refuse to allow you to speak to any member of their Special (Helpful) Investigations Team and refuse to respond to the tens of in-app messages I sent them. In hindsight I should have taken both Uber and that bitch to a Small Claims court for the loss of income. That bitch deserved to have her face and antics made viral so those who encounter her and employ her were forewarned, but I use dashcam footage solely to protect myself and the citizens of Glasgow I drive past at night, as tempting as it was to make an exception for this bitch who denied my children three weeks of income. Glasgow City Council also need their balls dragged across hot coals for allowing Uber to do as they please and to treat them as an inconvenience instead of the regulator they are supposed to be. To any scumbags reading this, please do not make up lies about drivers to Uber simply because you fancy a few free rides from Uber or are annoyed your driving wouldn't let you decorate their seat upholstery with your chips and curry sauce/not stop for ten minutes so you can buy cigarettes, alcohol and sweets/change your one stop on their way home at shift end into a multistop nutcracker. These drivers are out trying to make a living, they should not lose money just because you are a spiteful bawbag with a vendetta who fancies a free tenner 'compensation' for your next Uber trips. The reality is that had it not been for me protecting myself with dashcam footage I would have been permanently deactivated. To any privacy drama quuens moaning about dashcam invasion, please don't think it is appropriate for you to discuss how crap your boss is, how your two-timing your partner, stealing from your parents, etc. You wouldn't do it in any other place of work so don't do it in mine. Drivers aren't interested in your lives, we only care about getting you and I home safely - boring us with your incessant gibberish, insulting and dehumanising us DOESN'T aid the task of getting us home safely, it has the potential for the exact opposite, so please try to remember we are in a metal cage moving at speed along the same roads as the drunk, the blind, the boy racers and the stupid. by RecommendationFit949 (Sun 29th Jan 2023 3:13pm)
  • If food delivery couriers' willingness to take preventative actions to minimise the chance of bike theft is anything like their willingness to wear a helmet, fit front, back and side lights and reflectors, wear fluorescent and reflective clothing, keep their head hood-free, keep their eyes and neck moving, indicate lane changes with their arms and not simply swerving three feet to the left and right instantaneously, keep at least one ear available to listen for traffic, not cycle through red lights or 'green men'..... then I'm astonished that they can even get through a week without their bikes being stolen. Never has a lazier or thicker collective workforce been mobilised in one industry. Whether these folk put themselves in such grave danger through sheer laziness or utter stupidity, if I was a bike thief I would view this as advertising their likelihood to be an easy victim - if they can't respect their own life there's little chance they will be taking any action to protect their bike - and follow them whilst they deliver, it wouldn't take long to use their stupidity or laziness against them. No burger is worth losing a bike over. If a customer isn't where they should be, leave the burger, take a photo and be on your way. All couriers should have both a Samsung and Apple tracker tag installed somewhere discrete on their bikes, ideally riveted or welded in place. They should also etch and smartwater their bikes and advertise them as such. They should look for cctv, dashcam'd cars, lighted areas, park where it's inconvenient and riskier for a thief to access, communicate with customers strongly so they know they must be ready on your arrival. by RecommendationFit949 (Fri 3rd Feb 2023 9:43am)
