Ok at that size you are looking at an fdm type printer. You'll need to look at what the best materials are for your needs , PLA, ABS ,TPU etc Charges for 3d prints are typically £1 per hour print time + material + model clean up. I can tell by the model description it's not something I can be arsed doing, sorry about that but hopefully this info gives you a starter. If they haven't tried before go along to an autistic playgroup or club, we go to Autastic club over in Johnstone but unfortunately that's for under 11's. Try searching Buddies Clubs and Services they seem to support older age groups.
