  • I'd recommend Gumtree to find a place quick :) by bushbabybawbag (Sun 2nd Feb 2020 2:38pm)
  • Cheers mate, tend to go there quite often and only just noticed I've taken the same pic months apart. This was such a gorgeous day and it shows. by bushbabybawbag (Sun 2nd Feb 2020 9:55pm)
  • It's up at campsie falls :) by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 5:12pm)
  • Check out Badlands Barbers! Quality lads! by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 6:29pm)
  • Oh he was definitely on earlier today, he was his usual sunshine self around 4ish on the Inner circle haha by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 6:28pm)
  • The Butchershop near the art galleries. Absolute quality 😛 by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 6:33pm)
  • Luxembourg by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 6:41pm)
  • Firstly my friend I want you to know it's ok. These things happen and not to take it to heart, take what you've learnt and go get that job buddy. We've all got your back! In the meantime whilst you're signed up to totaljobs etc I recommend you try and either volunteer for something in the same sector so it shows initiative and a genuine passion for your job area. Additionally it may be worth while checking out the latest qualifications in your area and perhaps give them a go? Keep yourself going and don't be afraid to talk to someone about it if you're having a bad day :-) by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 9:41pm)
  • Taken on a glaswegian phone, it's seen a lot of things 😂 by bushbabybawbag (Mon 3rd Feb 2020 9:55pm)
  • Kelvingrove Park is always nice but not sure if the snow would've settled there. It's beside Glasgow uni! by bushbabybawbag (Wed 12th Feb 2020 10:56am)
  • Omg yes I remember the name!! Never went myself I don't think by bushbabybawbag (Sat 11th Apr 2020 8:03pm)
  • I'd shame her for having more kids than she can handle, she can't handle the first properly let alone the rest. She has the rest for the income. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 3:41pm)
  • Thanks mate however the land lord is the mother dad and they don't speak. But with him being the granddad he doesn't want to be the bad guy. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 3:55pm)
  • I appreciate that thanks mate but it's just like paying for your own house where you're meant to relax but instead you've paid to be stressed and have anxiety attacks as well as being verbally abused. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 4:01pm)
  • Oh mate sorry to hear that, you're right on the money there because it's torturous when the place you're meant to relax just makes you stressed more than ever. The panic attacks that happen just are really bad too. I'm logging on my phone whenever this shit happens and it's just disgusting how little concern there is on how this affects others. Hopefully both or situations get better. If I manage to get this sorted some other way mate I'll be sure to let you know so hopefully yours gets sorted too. Thank you! by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 4:00pm)
  • Yeah but it just feels so wrong to be almost forced out of your house and life because of some people yknow. I'm glad you are all doing better now mate. Cheers for the link, stay safe! by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 4:15pm)
  • Honestly I thought as much, I've not ever really done anything like that before but I'll strongly take it into consideration. Heard one of the younger girls just start swearing etc which obviously shows that they are just accustom to hearing that verbal abuse in the household. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 4:36pm)
  • I really don't want to separate the kids from their mother just because they're still wee kids but something does need to be done. The son is a right wee nuisance to say it politely. I'll see what I can do to start this process, appreciate all your help and advice :) by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 4:50pm)
  • Yep not great buddy, I'm a very light sleeper too and suffer from neck pain and just unable to turn my mind off before bed so I do not get a goodnight sleep regardless. Honestly, as difficult as this is to admit, it's making me feel more and more like myself when I was depressed and it's terrifying me. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 5:05pm)
  • Ok cheers for the help buddy! by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 6:41pm)
  • Thank you buddy, I'm doing my best but it's just so difficult at times and I stress out beyond belief by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 9:36pm)
  • Sorry to hear all of that but glad it's sorted. Honestly I doubt she'll move, but I pray she does. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 18th Apr 2020 9:58pm)
  • I've spoken to them but the mum can't control him and no I'm not going to threaten them or have someone else do that. It had nothing to do with having to "man up", there are small children there ffs. by bushbabybawbag (Sun 19th Apr 2020 10:53am)
  • Sorry I don't fully understand what you're saying there but I agree with the two wrongs not making a right. by bushbabybawbag (Sun 19th Apr 2020 10:56am)
  • Thank you so much! This is still the root to go if it's privately owned too I'm guessing? by bushbabybawbag (Sun 19th Apr 2020 11:03am)
  • Brilliant, thank you so much! Stay safe out there buddy. by bushbabybawbag (Sun 19th Apr 2020 11:19am)
  • Thanks a lot buddy! How did you get your situations sorted? by bushbabybawbag (Sun 19th Apr 2020 1:58pm)
  • So an update, council said there's not much they can do in this current lockdown so I'm struggling a lot. They'll come out for interviews once they're back up and running though. Hopefully that's soon but my mental health is at breaking point by bushbabybawbag (Tue 28th Apr 2020 9:39pm)
  • I've heard Ubiquitous Chip is very good mate but I'm not sure if they're currently open/doing delivery etc. Have a wee look there and see if it's something you two would fancy. Happy anniversary btw! by bushbabybawbag (Mon 18th May 2020 1:15pm)
  • Urgh sorry mate! Happy hunting. by bushbabybawbag (Mon 18th May 2020 1:20pm)
  • I'm sat here staring at the basket lol by bushbabybawbag (Tue 2nd Jun 2020 8:09pm)
  • Hahaha aye me too....once I had clocked on lol by bushbabybawbag (Tue 2nd Jun 2020 8:12pm)
  • Hahahahah ahh yes knew it couldn't just be me! by bushbabybawbag (Tue 2nd Jun 2020 9:01pm)
  • Sorry to hear about that mate, it's insane how little they fucking care, why the hell we pay taxes for people like that who don't work or care about anyone else is unbelievable. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 4:59pm)
  • I will do mate, thank you very much! by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 4:58pm)
  • It's not his flat, belongs to either his mother or grandfather, neither of which give a shit....I have no idea how they got a flat either as none of them have ever worked a day in their fucking life! I'll try our factor and see what he says, thank you. I'm just so close to breaking point. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 4:55pm)
  • Thanks mate by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 5:00pm)
  • I am honestly at the point of doing the same thing, I live in a building with very high ceilings though so would not be able to put that into use, also I don't live alone so it's not ideal. Thanks anyways. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 5:17pm)
  • Yeah it's awful man, it panic is from the loud banging on the ground every so often that wakes me up. When you get a fright you'll know yourself your heart just drops and it's just that feeling now that happens very often. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 5:58pm)
  • That's a fucking brilliant idea! I might give that a go because sometimes it truly is difficult to tell wtf is happening. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 5:57pm)
  • I will do, thanks very much! X by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 6:08pm)
  • Sorry to hear that buddy. Yeah I have multiple times, I did back when his mother lived there. She has since moved out so it's just him but even in front of her when I did the doorbell he was swearing nonstop at me without me even getting a word in. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 6:14pm)
  • Yeah I've had that suggested and it just makes me so angry that to live on your own place you need to be burdened by cunts such as your neighbors and mine. It's completely wrong. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 6:33pm)
  • Here's hoping. Thank you! by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 8:17pm)
  • Yeah I've gotten to that point too , I've got a list of every police incident that I've called them for. Does nothing. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 8:15pm)
  • I'm glad that helped, we've spoken to the factor and they've said to get a list of other folk affected because we aren't enough for them to do anything. Seeing as no-one else will say anything....I don't think that's going to help. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 8:14pm)
  • Yeah see I was trying to go down the asbo route but the council want multiple people to say the same thing about his behaviour and nobody else is willing to and even if they did it would need to be on 5 separate occasions and only then will they try and go for an asbo but even then they said it's very rare to get it for anyone. I just want to bang my head against the wall till I collapse tbh. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 8:57pm)
  • Thank you by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 9:34pm)
  • That my exact situation, how do you cope with it mate? I really struggle so much. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 10:07pm)
  • Yeah see I like a little bit of noise but this guy isn't muffled, just swearing and screaming. Enough to wake me up so I suppose this different in that respect. Hate it. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 10:16pm)
  • That's exactly my point buddy, it's my own place and I need to do all that to relax. It's insane. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 10:23pm)
  • Yeah been up there, doesn't answer the door and the time he did he opened the internal insulating door and was just swearing non stop and I couldn't her a word in before he slammed it shut so in that respect the voice recorder would be useless too. Not moving man, I own this property which had been bought after years and years of hard work. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 8th Sep 2020 10:31pm)
  • DELETED The fuck man, this makes me want to buy a paintball gun and light these twats up. Seriously like they just bring a fucking powertool to take a bike..what is wrong with people. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 15th Sep 2020 9:20am)
  • DELETED If they're stealing your shit then absolutely they deserve a shot to the balls at the very least. If they are stupid enough to stay there after being shot once then yeah that's their problem if they get shot in the eye. by bushbabybawbag (Tue 15th Sep 2020 9:35am)
  • Which shop was this? I want to show them my gas mask. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 19th Sep 2020 10:07pm)
  • Good shout, I'll add to the OP by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 11:10am)
  • Yes, but I want to know from folk who are already living in houses in different areas about whether you recommend their areas or others etc. by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 11:18am)
  • Ahhh nice one mate, tbh I don't think I've ever heard anything bad about knightswood. Appreciate the input and will look into it! Do you find the folk in that area quite welcoming? by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 11:20am)
  • That's brilliant, thank you very much with all the help! by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 11:45am)
  • Thank you very much, just going to check Google for houses there now :) by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 1:07pm)
  • For right now schools aren't a factor, do you have any recommendations for where this would apply mate? by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 4:04pm)
  • No worries, you've helped a lot thank you! by bushbabybawbag (Sun 8th Nov 2020 4:25pm)
  • Update - so I did this and have been now for months and they've said there's nothing else they can do. I honestly just feel like balling up and crying because I feel so lost and trapped again. by bushbabybawbag (Fri 19th Feb 2021 1:07pm)
  • Glad to see them social distancing in this pic by bushbabybawbag (Fri 12th Mar 2021 9:43pm)
  • Kelvingrove park has a fantastic assortment of grass, absolutely splendid! Nah jokes haha I would say The Hug and Pint. Absolutely fantastic food there!! Happy munching :) by bushbabybawbag (Mon 17th May 2021 6:22pm)
  • Hey dude, definitely tough times so stay strong and keep fighting the good fight! (Same goes for all reading) Two places I'd suggest you search for are Gumtree and the app SpareRooms. Couple of mates used those two straight out of uni and got places with relative ease. It took them both just over a week and because you're more likely to speak with the direct owner than someone in the middle, it makes life a lot easier. Less uncertainty about what's acceptable and what's not. Happy hunting buddy and keep your chin up! by bushbabybawbag (Sat 25th Sep 2021 1:49pm)
  • [Rishis Indian Aroma](http://www.rishisglasgow.co.uk/) Fantastic south Indian food! P.s get the Dhosa! by bushbabybawbag (Sat 25th Sep 2021 1:52pm)
  • Call 101 for an anonymous noise complaint. Try their building factor! by bushbabybawbag (Sun 12th Dec 2021 2:46pm)
  • Glad to hear your daughter is doing a lot better! May I ask what meds she's on? by bushbabybawbag (Fri 7th Jan 2022 1:51am)
  • That's exactly what I'm on, I'm on the propranolol and I'm finding exactly the same issue. It's slowing my heart but I still get that fight or flight feeling. Thanks a lot for telling me, I'll be suggesting that to my doctor. Would you mind telling me how many milligrammes of both that she takes please? Just so I have a rough idea as I find that taking too high a dose of propranolol stops me being able to sleep. by bushbabybawbag (Fri 7th Jan 2022 8:57am)
  • Thank you, I only take 50mg of propranolol. Thanks again by bushbabybawbag (Fri 7th Jan 2022 9:08am)
  • Hey, hope you had a good weekend. Wanted to thank you again for the info, spoke with my GP and they've put me on setraline as well. Only a few days-in but hoping to be doing a lot better sooner. Can't thank you enough for your help :) by bushbabybawbag (Sun 16th Jan 2022 10:45pm)
  • Glad to hear it, got my fingers crossed for your daughter! I will do buddy, should have enough for 3-4 weeks and will be following up with my GP after that. Unfortunately there's a lot of people who would rather live with it than seek help and admit to it, which is a shame. Thanks so much buddy, enjoy your week :-) by bushbabybawbag (Mon 17th Jan 2022 10:18am)
  • Hey man, not sure if you remember me or not but I asked you about setraline after hearing how it helped your daughter (hope she's doing good). Just wanted to say you've completely changed me, my mother has said she's so happy to have her son back and I feel so much better than I did before. Over here tearing up as I'm writing this, I can't thank you enough, much love to you and your family 💙 by bushbabybawbag (Sat 12th Mar 2022 3:43pm)
  • The amount of people who resort to drugs and other things which negatively impact them and then have the balls to have a go at a father and daughter because she no longer wants to feel numb without her control is unreal. Wake up people, leave her and this loving father the fuck alone! So many of you judgmental people are the reason others don't seek help. This young woman has seemed professional help to beat the feeling of numbness and get back the real world, yet so many of you drink/do drugs to feel numb and escape the real world. My man, I truly can't thank you enough and send all the love to you and your family. Congratulations on her progress and her job!!😊 Always here if you're needing a chat my man, take care mate :) by bushbabybawbag (Sat 12th Mar 2022 11:09pm)
  • 60 grand is fantastic money! JP Morgan is meh, had friends work there and burnout is real and highly competitive environment. You'll be working late hours without a doubt. Loads of money is good but if you don't have time to enjoy it then might not be worth your while. by bushbabybawbag (Thu 19th May 2022 11:45am)
  • Mozza! Wee pizza place in town, get yourself a pizza for a fiver and a nice cold Japanese beer to down. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 28th May 2022 4:19pm)
  • Third this, you spend a good amount of cash but fuck me it's worth it. Gotta get there at lunch before the queue is oot the door. by bushbabybawbag (Sat 28th May 2022 4:18pm)

  • Nice one buddy thank you! by bushbabybawbag (Tue 28th Nov 2023 2:42pm)
