  • After reading their menu I'm not excited at all. They don't use beef fat to fry and not a single Belgian friterie classic sauce like andalouse or samourai. Meh. by kvassbro (Thu 4th Aug 2022 12:11pm)
  • PureGym shawlands before 12 and after 9. Just signed up because I have what you have. Crippling anxiety. Thanks to a friend of mine. Wanna join? I'm unfit as it gets. by kvassbro (Fri 5th Aug 2022 8:49pm)
  • Do you cook yourself? Can't say for eating out but that's very expensive. I buy a lot of discounted stuff from supermarkets. You can easily live on 100 quid a month for food and that's still a lot for me. I average 50-70 a month with good planning. You can use wholesalers too without having to have a business account. But then again all the food I eat is homemade. Oh and ethnic shops can make you save money too. by kvassbro (Sat 6th Aug 2022 10:11pm)

  • Gurdwaras give free meals. Never used tho. Try Tesco or Morrisons discounted items. They reduce price to pennies at certain hours. For example I got 2.5kg turkey legs for 1 quid few days ago, you can stretch that very far. You can also go to butchers and ask for chicken/beef bones, halal butchers in shawlands continental give me some whenever I pop in and ask. You can make soup with them and pick meat off the bones. Freegle app, people give out free pantry items sometimes. Some wholesale places like United wholesale let people shop in there without business account. Olio app, i think people give stuff they don't need for free. Gumtree, rarely people give out pantry items. For some free fruit take advantage of the season and grab some blackberries in the parks. All the bestate, you'll make it easy. by kvassbro (Thu 18th Aug 2022 3:19pm)

  • Take an egg and put it in a jar. Close it and put in a warm spot like a radiator. After a couple weeks it should be 'done'. Now take it outside and with a syringe suck out the liquefied egg from the shell. Attach a needle and squirt that into their flat through the keyhole. It's impossible to remove the putrid stench without replacing anything it touches and then it still lingers for months. It's impossible to not vomit after inhalation. by kvassbro (Fri 10th Mar 2023 11:11am)

  • Online dating is ruining society. I'm not scared but a bit anxious though I try to talk to women on the streets, shops etc. Majority like being approached. Sometimes they talk to me. Just how it used to be before smartphones. It's fun. Until my autism kicks in full swing and I say something dumb, they get weirded out and leave. At least I have a good laugh out of myself. Still single. My advice is to go out and talk to people for your entertainment. Don't force yourself into anything, just have some fun talking to people. by kvassbro (Tue 16th May 2023 9:01am)

I'm only buying a few pieces of clothes to get me by because I need to go meet people sometimes. Also quit drinking and I'm on under 2k calories a day. Already dropped 3kg in a week. • Why not both? I always eat healthy home cooked meals, I just ate too much. Love cooking. I'm under 2000cals a day and counting calories. Lifting and cycling makes me feel good. Also I can train on a gym bike and not wear out my bicycle. I prefer that and save the bike for relaxing trips around Glasgow. I've already did it once. Used to be 120kg and dropped to 95 in just 6 months. Felt amazing. Some people say it was too fast, it didn't feel like it to me. It just felt easy and fun. by kvassbro (Tue 7th Nov 2023 5:11pm)
  • Thanks. I'll have a look. Asda silverburn perhaps? by kvassbro (Tue 7th Nov 2023 5:53pm)

  • I know it's calories in versus calories out. I get zero junk calories and don't eat anything sweet. No sweet drinks and no sugar in tea or coffee. I'm counting everything to my best ability. The gym variable might not work for others but for me it works wonders. It makes my metabolism go up. Also cycling outside ups my mood and that helps staying motivated. Also yoga is great for focus. by kvassbro (Tue 7th Nov 2023 6:42pm)

  • I use pollokshaws car hand wash if in a pinch. It's tucked in across the street from Aldi. It is a modern slavery place unfortunately, though they do a good job. If you want to support a local them use a mobile car valet. These people either own the business and do it themselves or get paid fair. I live in a flat and usually do it myself using a couple of buckets of water and a good shampoo. by kvassbro (Tue 28th Nov 2023 10:27am)

  • I don't own a console so not sure about mmo games available for them but here's a list I found. https://www.mmorpg.com/columns/best-console-mmorpgs-to-play-in-2023-2000123986 You can also play some co-op games with friends. It's also fun. If you have a PC then you have more selection of MMOs. I specifically like mmo games because of a large amount of people playing at the same time. You can really feel that Xmas spirit in-game. by kvassbro (Sun 10th Dec 2023 9:25pm)
  • That game looks cool. Looks like a mixture of CS, quake, serious Sam, unreal in one ☺️ If you're interested I recommend checking out quake 3 with CPMA mode if you want to try some old school hardcore fragging. It also runs on anything. by kvassbro (Mon 11th Dec 2023 8:39am)
