  • There’s a high population of immigrants in the Gorbals also. It’s one of the most multicultural places I have ever lived and also they have a number of clubs for immigrants and refugees so don’t let that put you off. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 17th Jul 2019 7:32pm)
  • I lived in commercial court until 2017 and had to give up my tenancy due to my neighbors so be careful what landing they put you on. I had two different drug dealers on mine which was not fun at all because there was junkies outside my house basically 24/7. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 17th Jul 2019 7:30pm)
  • Personally if I was given the option to move back I probably wouldn’t unless I had no choice. It was landing 5. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 18th Jul 2019 5:58pm)
  • I made multiple complaints over three years. People often confused my door with theirs and I had it kicked in, set on fire and things poured through my letterbox. They told me it was a police issue and the police told me I should ask to be rehoused and eventually I made myself voluntarily homeless. I would go into more detail but I am worried about it revealing who I am. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 18th Jul 2019 6:44pm)
  • How dae you know ya knob. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 19th Nov 2019 1:31pm)
  • But instead of posting whatever article he read he just left a snide comment? Ok. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 19th Nov 2019 4:33pm)
  • Dixon Avenue is probably worse than Parkhead tbh. The letting agent is doing you a favor. by Bustakrimes91 (Fri 13th Dec 2019 7:38am)
  • I am a mother however my daughters dad was similar. I had to refuse him from coming into my home multiple times because I knew he had been taking gear it was obvious. It went to court and I demanded hair follicle drugs tests before any visitation and to this day 3 years later he has never passed a single one. It cost me a few grand don’t get me wrong but it is totally worth every penny for me to know my daughter is safe with me and not exposed to that. I promise you it won’t bankrupt you, I had one of the most expensive lawyers in Glasgow because I knew it would be worth it. Took nearly two years and it didn’t cost more than £6k. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 4:18pm)
  • Nah that’s a fair comment would you leave your young kids with someone you knew who was physically abusive and psychotic? I fuckin wouldn’t. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 4:29pm)
  • The kids wouldn’t have to suffer if he pulled the finger out and got a lawyer and got custody. You shouldn’t be spouting advice to just leave kids with a clearly neglectful parent. That’s the last thing this guy should be doin. Why would you recommend a guy leaves his weans wae an addict and just accept every other weekend visitation and tell him no tae mind the weans are suffering in the meantime? by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 5:01pm)
  • Naw that’s not how it works. If both of their names are on the birth certificate they both have equal rights to take the weans. I’ve been through this shit before. People just assume the mother gets to keep the weans regardless of whether they are a shitty person or not. If he is on that birth certificate he can take the kids out of that house and look after them. He has the same rights that she does until it goes to court and a custody arrangement is decided. A woman isn’t the default best person to look after the kids just because she birthed them. The police can’t charge a legal parent for looking after their own children. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 5:11pm)
  • I am a mother. Please don’t patronize me. If her ‘motherly instinct’ was worth a fuck she wouldn’t get fleein every weekend and cause a ruckus and keep everyone up all night by screaming and smashing shit for FOUR HOURS when she’s full of it. If that’s the sort of mother you aspire to be god help ye. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 5:34pm)
  • From my own experience with 9/13 of my family being addicts they are removed entirely and placed into foster care. I can’t imagine any judge in their right mind would choose a mother addicted over a father with a stable home. Yes there are studies that state children thrive with their mother but that does not include children with addict parents. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 6:05pm)
  • Your delusional mate. Have fun wae that victim complex. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 6:24pm)
  • I know he isn’t an addict that is my point. I at no point said the kids are better off in care I also know unfortunately from experience how traumatic that can be. My point was there is no judge who would refuse him custody if the other parent is an alcoholic cocaine addict. I think you are misreading what I said. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 6:20pm)
  • Not a lawyer but someone who’s had to go through the courts for the same issues. Don’t know what your problem is wae lawyers but a hope you never need one wae that attitude. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 6:30pm)
  • This bothers me too but OP hasn’t replied to any of the questions so I’m guessing this is a shitpost. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 7:08pm)
  • Aye nae sweat just tell the guy to leave his weans wae a crackpot who at some point will probably batter them cause she’s full of it. If that’s the best advice you have tae offer then ye shouldn’t be commenting at all. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 7:12pm)
  • Ok buddy. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 7th Jan 2020 7:38pm)
  • The post office in the Gorbals has it but I don’t know if that’s near where you are! by Bustakrimes91 (Sat 8th Feb 2020 11:28am)
  • Don’t listen to him. It’s nae use cheap shite like the stuff you get at work. I was in farmfoods today and there was people wae trollies full of it. by Bustakrimes91 (Mon 9th Mar 2020 9:03pm)
  • This is what I don’t get as well why are people not buying all the baby wipes! It’s the superior choice. by Bustakrimes91 (Mon 9th Mar 2020 9:07pm)
  • I don’t know if your just explaining to people in general or if that is directed at me but I know not to flush baby wipes. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 10th Mar 2020 6:49am)

  • Tbf you clearly didn’t keep it secure if some random knew it. If banks refunded cash withdrawals as “fraud” can you imagine how many people would abuse that? by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 2nd Feb 2022 8:14pm)
  • I walked by a Chinese down my bit on the way back from work and they were smashing bags of frozen meat on the kerb. I’m assuming it was to separate it or something but never ate from there again. by Bustakrimes91 (Fri 20th May 2022 2:47pm)
  • They won’t know it’s you though. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 30th Jun 2022 8:04am)
  • Honestly I would love a bit of scheme dramas like how the digger used to be. I want to hear how Chantelle and Sandra had a fight in the pub cause “allegedly” Chantelle was trying to steal her man! Or wee Davie got done in cause he didn’t pay his tic bill. I would like a wee list of shoplifters who got caught and if they take special shopping lists lol ETA: this is only semi serious. A love a bit of small time news cause am a right mosey bastard but I know your probably wanting serious replies but that’s all I could think of! by Bustakrimes91 (Fri 8th Jul 2022 7:21am)
  • I’ve seen both my granda and my da on separate occasions pee themself in the pub. Do I get a special award for this? Extra Glaswegian. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 21st Jul 2022 6:23pm)
  • No yet but there’s always time! by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 21st Jul 2022 8:51pm)
  • I think the golden age for this is around 50 so I’ve for 20 years to go. Or I can beat the family world record. My grandas dead now though and my das t total so don’t think it would go down very well now haha. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 21st Jul 2022 9:23pm)
  • Sorting a payment plan is all well and good if you can afford it. At the moment my gas and electricity is a quarter of my income. Almost the same as my rent. Once it goes up in October it will be a choice between me paying it or my nursery fees. Or by that point I might not even be able to afford my nursery fees either. If I can’t afford my nursery fees I’ll have to quit my job. And then I’ll be on universal credit which absolutely will not cover my gas and electricity never mind much else. Find yourself very fortunate that it is a choice not to pay and not that it’s just absolutely unaffordable. I get my wages monthly. When I called Scottish power they offered to split my bill into fortnightly. I still get paid the same amount every month regardless so how is a payment plan helpful? Or shall I just go into debt for the rest of my life? That’s not an option though. Can’t go on to pay as you go and then not afford to pay can I? Shall I just not pay my rent then instead? Or just not buy food? by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 9th Aug 2022 6:34pm)
  • My friend is a delivery driver and he told me to always order directly because it’s cheaper. I don’t order out much but when I have I used just way to view the menu and pick what I want but then call and order. It has been cheaper every single time. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 9th Aug 2022 6:48pm)
  • Last time I went it was full of people who weren’t even Glaswegian selling phone cases for a tenner or random tech shit for 2x 3x the price of buying it on Amazon never mind eBay or somewhere ye get everything on the cheap. I’ll maybe give it another go but I’ve got a feeling the pro barras stuff on here is fae people who work in the barras and want ye in. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 17th Aug 2022 5:57pm)
  • I 100% support all strikes. At the end of the day people getting better wages benefits everyone. It increases competition in jobs. If one place starts offering better wages then lots of other places will start to as well. Look at what happened in America during lockdown. Walmart started doubling the minimum wage ffs imagine if that happened here we would all benefit from this. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 23rd Aug 2022 10:04pm)
  • Surprised I had to scroll so far to see this! I lived there for a year and the place is the arsehole of Scotland. Literal cesspit of rubbish, thievery and when a lived there, there was 4 rapes in the space of a couple of weeks. There was literal human shit in the streets for crying out loud! I would regularly be accosted and harassed after work to the point I was terrified to come home. Horrible place wish they would burn it down. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 7th Sep 2022 6:05pm)
  • I had it last week. Couldn’t even get out of bed to the point I peed the bed!! Had to lie in the dark and couldn’t eat for 4 days. Even when I started to feel better a few days later I ended up passing out twice in two days while out shopping. I’m 31 and have never been so ill in my life. I thought I was dying too. Whenever I even tried to simply sit up I thought my heart would explode and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. At one point I was vomiting black sludge and called the doctor who offered me migralieve. When I told him already had some and had been taking them already he said it didn’t matter and he would prescribe me more anyway and that was all he could do. I know so many people going through the same thing too. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 21st Dec 2022 12:13pm)
  • Genuine question but why didn’t you just call in sick? Are you working from home? If not you’ve probably just spread it to your coworkers who may now also catch it and definitely will not thank you for the pleasure. Even if you do work from home, you are entitled to sick leave. Why torture yourself if you don’t have to? by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 21st Dec 2022 2:37pm)
  • I’m so sorry for your loss. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 21st Dec 2022 2:35pm)
  • Give yourself a break! There will always be another job but you won’t get another life after this one. Rest when you need to big chap. Don’t burst your balls for a job. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 21st Dec 2022 2:45pm)
  • That’s fair enough when you have a cold but if it gets to the point you can barely stand I think it’s fair to call it a day and pull a Sicky. I get it I work in a team with a high case load and if someone is off then we have to pick up the work but I would rather someone stay in bed if they are at the point they can barely stand. At the end of the day if I died tomorrow or ended up with a terminal illness my work wouldn’t give a fuck they would replace me within a few weeks and I would never be a second thought in their minds again. Why would I bust my chops for them. I do what I can for my team but I am not going to run myself into the ground for any job. I could walk out today and find another one doing the same thing within a few days. by Bustakrimes91 (Wed 21st Dec 2022 9:23pm)
  • Sorry if I wasn’t clear but I didn’t go out until after I was feeling better. There isn’t a chance I would have been able to shopping while I was sick. I felt totally fine the passing out was completely out the blue. by Bustakrimes91 (Fri 23rd Dec 2022 7:51am)
  • Might’ve been him that came up wae the sign 😂 by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 16th Mar 2023 5:53pm)

  • They would smash your windows no doubt. by Bustakrimes91 (Tue 25th Jul 2023 8:14am)
  • I lived on Allison street for a while and they made my life a misery. Constantly tryin to break into my close, all standing in big groups and trying to not let me in my close. One time one tried to drag me on the street using the hood of my jacket. Ended up having to give up my flat and move away because I was constantly having the police to get in my own fuckin house. Something really needs to been done to stop it but the police told me they give fake names and never carry any form of ID so it makes it difficult. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 9th Nov 2023 7:49am)
  • I commented elsewhere already but I’ve been followed by them more times than I can count!! Police did not walk me home a few times but told me they couldn’t charge them with anything. by Bustakrimes91 (Thu 9th Nov 2023 7:52am)
  • I would assume they are from Iraq and just showing some solidarity? by Bustakrimes91 (Sun 12th Nov 2023 12:39pm)
  • When I lived on Allison street my next door neighbors had pulled out all of their plumbing for some reason and would literally shit in plastic bags and throw it out the window. Absolutely despised the place. I’ve lived all over Glasgow and it’s the only place I have ever felt unsafe at night in my own house. Got attacked twice and the police couldn’t even catch who it was. People always get so upset when I say I had an awful experience. I had a full argument with someone at work when I told them I gave up my flat and moved into a hostel and that it was a massive improvement. They had never lived there before but for some reason defended the place as if they personally built it. by Bustakrimes91 (Mon 11th Dec 2023 7:45am)
  • Just wanted to say it is flu season so there is always something going around before anyone says it to me lol. by Bustakrimes91 (Mon 11th Dec 2023 1:38pm)
  • Both me and my two kids are ill and have been for weeks but it’s not covid either. I’ve been to the dr twice and they don’t have any answers. I definitely think there is something going round because all of my friends who have kids have been through similar. My mums unwell as well but that’s probably from whatever she’s caught from us. by Bustakrimes91 (Mon 11th Dec 2023 1:35pm)
