  • Literally any tattoo artists will do that. Basic lines. Minimal shading. The best will rework it for you a little l. Just depends on what you want by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 13th Jan 2019 2:59am)
  • Used to work in the wee building down the bottom selling American Express insurance with response. The team leader was a wee dick, however on one occasion the bosses tried to motivate us by giving us points per sale with prizes from the pound shop, this was in 2007ish and I shit you not one of the prizes was a golf annual from 1996 . Call centres are good for nights out though by thebigfudge1985 (Wed 16th Jan 2019 4:59am)

  • TLDR by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 17th Feb 2019 3:32am)
  • If you want to drink somewhere distinctly Scottish/ Glaswegian head for somewhere like the pot still . There are tons of great bars and stuff here but 95 % of them are the same you find in any city. Sightseeing is easy, you can make a day of it with plenty of walking . Do a big loop from the people’s palace at Glasgow green, from there head to st Mungos and the wee house. Then you have the goma. Jump on a bus up to kelvin grove see the museum and the transport museum and that will take hours and you’ll see most of it by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 17th Feb 2019 3:36am)

  • It’s the same with burnistoun. That wee baldy ones head is so far up his own arse that he doesn’t realise the pish they have been releasing for the last couple of specials has been brutal by thebigfudge1985 (Tue 26th Feb 2019 2:30pm)
  • Or it’s a Saturday, you have done a week of earlies and are choking for a long lie. Half past ducking 8 in the morning all you hear are out of sync drums and screeching timeless pipes. Long lie is out if the window . Pricks by thebigfudge1985 (Wed 6th Mar 2019 5:18pm)
  • Glasgow is insane for quality tattooists, google shops, follow the artists instagram and find the artist with the style you want. by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 10th Mar 2019 2:56pm)
  • Genuinely the are shit for anything other than the gym. Sauna /steam rooms etc are almost always shut. Swimming and stuff is fine if you go at at time where there isn’t lessons / women’s day school event: staff in my experience range from helpful to downright rude . Go to pure gym or that it’s cheaper by thebigfudge1985 (Fri 15th Mar 2019 9:58pm)
  • St Enoch centre toilets are good for a shite. Loads of room always clean and they smell nice. Plus you know that after you diarrhoea up the wall. Someone will come clean it for you for next time . 5 stars by thebigfudge1985 (Tue 19th Mar 2019 11:22pm)
  • We got a piece of shit flat in Dennistoun for 80,000 single glazed. Problem with the plumbing etc . That was on the market for years. Bargains are to be had but you’ll need a significant amount of work done to them ( which is stressful and expensive in itself and I am not sure entirely worth it) Looking back I wish We had just out the money we have since spent into a better place that needed no work . So my advice is spend another couple of years saving for more budget by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 4th Apr 2019 11:19am)
  • You can come to my place, you just need to drink a glass of special powdery water first by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 4th Apr 2019 11:23am)
  • Uber is fantastic when it works, however I would not rely on them. In a whim a driver could refuse your pick up or there may be none available They are perfect for when you want to get home from a night out or stuff but if your mrs has the car and you need one for work etc then they aren’t the best by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 4th Apr 2019 11:22am)
  • Five guys is fucking terrific though and if you bought a burger and fries and soft drink for 3 people at TGI fridays it would be a good deal: because it is set out as a fast food joint it isn’t really: by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 14th Apr 2019 8:38pm)

  • Everywhere in Glasgow is fine. Search for flats available with your collective budget, view the place and area before you sign anything. getting sick of this question every 2 bloody minutes here, by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 18th Apr 2019 12:37am)
  • Scotland is the first world. it isn't war torn Baghdad, Every one of those areas is fine. Pick a nice place for your budget that lets you commute to and from work and you'll be safe. Even the so called worse areas in Glasgow are absolutely fine, it is not 1972 anymore by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 18th Apr 2019 12:40am)
  • Not too many charge per hour, it’s pretty much either a quote for a piece which obviously varies. Larger stuff generally go by days which is about £400 Also Glasgow is insane for quality tattooists. Use Instagram to find them and find who you want. Individual shop recommendations aren’t the best as we have no idea what style you are after etc. by thebigfudge1985 (Fri 19th Apr 2019 4:01am)

  • We have a ton of foreign scammers in town plying their trade, we have homeless junkies swearing at you on a daily basis. Driving in town is a mess with predatory private car parks and inane one way systems. Public transport is outdated and expensive And yet half naked lassies dancing on a pole is what they focus one. Fucking dufuses by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 16th Jun 2019 8:12pm)

  • I hate this current trend of buskers. Wee guys with an acoustic guitar . They are all good but sound exactly the same, same songs, same tone same crowd. Bring back the days of the wee guy dressed as Slash who used to shred it and that one guy who would sit on his amp and play cowboy songs all day, where has the firey bagpipe guy gone ? And the bald guy who played the drums #makeglasgowgreatagain by thebigfudge1985 (Sat 13th Jul 2019 9:07am)
  • Shop around. 1.4k for 2 people is bananas. Go just outside of town like Dennsitoun and rent council tax and utilities shouldn’t be more than 700 -800 by thebigfudge1985 (Sat 13th Jul 2019 11:12pm)
  • It’s still being disturbed. I have a pair of Sony wh1000mx3 headphones. Which are noise cancelling and I can still hear the fuckers as their shitty amps are turned up way too high. God knows what it’s doing to the ear drums of kids There deffo should be some sort of volume limit for them, as well as some sort of staging area so crowds of people filming the buskers don’t get in your way by gathering around them , you have to zig zag up and down the place when you’re trying to buy a pair of shoes. by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 14th Jul 2019 7:58pm)

  • 100% it’s going to be selling charity subscriptions door to door. You’ll get paid decently if you have good sales patter and are confident , I did it for a company called mamba marketing years ago and made a packet. However it’s like 10am -11 pm 5/6 days a week. Depending on the area some locations are dogshit and you’ll make nothing. They have insane cultures attached and there are always drinks /shagging/ road trips away It’s not necessarily a bad thing but to succeed and to succeed without burn out is a hard thing to do by thebigfudge1985 (Tue 13th Aug 2019 11:35pm)

  • Maybe. However if a guy gets roadrage, snaps and batters some random guy half to death. He isnt thi king rationally isnt he a dickhead for doing so ? I am no mental health or suicide expert but isn't the fact he did it in a store full of people an almost guaranteed method to not commit suicide. by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Sep 2019 10:36pm)
  • Great comment man. Insightful ..... by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Sep 2019 10:53pm)
  • He did hurt people. How many staff in that Lidl got sent home that day. Losing x number of hours. How many people did he threaten just by proximity of him having a sharp edged object. Were any kids in the shop or people with any kind of social anxiety. If so then how would they react? And yes it is very much the same. You go on auto pilot you act irrationally when you emotionally snap . If that guy was in the same state and stabbed a guy I lidl Instead of himself would he still be pitied? Or would we all be appalled and demanding a jail sentence. by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Sep 2019 10:52pm)

  • Nah. Store manager wont do anything You need to make a big deal with it on the area manager level. You need the CCTV. Maybe even go to the police and file an unlawful search and detention complaint Also find out who the security is. Is it store hired or a private company. Complain to them also by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 29th Sep 2019 3:13pm)

  • I imagine most of us here live in Glasgow. We dont need to see constant photos of views we see several times a week. Sometimes this sub reminds me of a shitty calendar with a different generic photo of the city each day. by thebigfudge1985 (Fri 29th Nov 2019 2:57am)

  • That's a deep dive there. Well done a productive afternoon Besides it was a scarce commodity at the time. This is just a picture of a motorway. A shitey motorway made to look like a generic background image you get pre installed on a phone by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Dec 2019 5:45pm)
  • The sub is good. The content is good. I just dislike looking at 40 photographs a day Besides who made you would be king of the sub. Telling people to fuck off. You need to calm down a bit and realise people can dislike the things you like . It doesn't make either position right or wrong. Reign that tantrum in a wee bit eh ? by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Dec 2019 6:54pm)
  • Dont think I am guit tripping anyone. You just seem awfully aggressive towards people who dont really like seeing pictures of motorways. I mean am I missing something . It's the M8. Is it high art. Is it somewhere special. The photograph on the sub of Buchanan street on the puddle is pretty cool. But this is just a motorway ? by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Dec 2019 7:09pm)
  • Mate, plenty of people liked that picture of a motorway. I didn't. What's the big issue ? Also who cares if people dont like your stuff. As long as you like it and are proud of it what does it matter. I am just struggling to see how you can tell me to fuck off seversl times . Infer that I am a cunt and go through my profile to slag a can of Irn bru photo I posted 10 months ago because I said " Yay a photo of a motorway" or words to that effect. by thebigfudge1985 (Thu 12th Dec 2019 7:29pm)

  • There are loads of ways to help these people. That dont involve directly giving them money. by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 1st Mar 2020 2:00am)
  • People have the right to moan about being bothered on the street. Most of us live paycheck to paycheck. Working 40 hours a week to make money. Why should you then have to give it to someone else if you dont want too. I would never give money to a homeless person on the street. However I regularly donate time and money to issues that I care about more. To be harassed because you dont give someone money is pathetic. It's bad enough walking around in town with all the chuggers. Beggars and drunks (at times) I honestly think it should be a crime. Punishable by a fine to solicit people on the street. by thebigfudge1985 (Sun 1st Mar 2020 2:06am)

I work in a supermarket and people will come up behind me to grab something and complain to me that I am not adhering to social distancing, despite the fact that I was there first. people have no patience and an insane ego thinking that the world should evolve around them. we are all busy as fuck and have been rushed of our feet for a month now. by thebigfudge1985 (Fri 17th Apr 2020 4:08pm)

If they truly acknowledged you and then decided to ignore you then why didn't you speak to a manager or kick up a fuss. also are supermarket staff not allowed to talk( yap) to each other ? plus staff are in close proximity to 1000's of people a day so makes almost no difference being in close proximity to each other. we are all going to end up sick because of it and all we get is abuse. if it bothers you that much why not make a complaint to head office,to try and make supermarkets do night shifts to fill stock and half a small crew on during the day. a huge amount of customers have always been selfish, however since the pandemic hit the sheer amount of self entitled scumbags that came out of the woodwork is insane. not saying you are one but it is an intense time so maybe try and have a little patience in future ? by thebigfudge1985 (Fri 17th Apr 2020 4:33pm)
